Excellent location and facilities

The location and facilities were excellent. The place was very clean. The only complaint I would have is the sheets were terrible. They are probably the worst sheets I have ever slept on.

NMB vacation 2025

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Condo is an older unit that was clean, but needs most of the kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts replaced due to delaminating door edges. Also a broken plastic chair on the balcony needs replacing. Beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms were nicely maintained. Overall the condo complex is very nice, family friendly and not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely consider staying there again in the future. :-)

Mini vacation

The ocean views were absolutely stunning. I have stayed at many many beach front properties and this was by far the most beautiful views I have ever seen. As soon as you step in the front doors you have sweeping views of the ocean. The water was so blue. It felt like paradise. I spent more time on the balcony than I ever have. We were in the penthouse and could see everything. Will definitely stay here again and could not recommend enough.

Great location

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The condo is locked down with numerous access points which make you feel safe. We would definitely stay there again!!

The location is great and the views are incredible. There we storms a couple if nights we were there and watching from the balcony was awesome! We saw schools of dolphins our last day which our kids loved. The communication with the owner was easy and we didnt need to communicate much beyond checkin. The unit is big and has plenty of space. We have 4 people in our immediate family but there were 7 other family members also staying in the building in a different unit. There was plenty of seating when they came to our room.The unit was clean, in that it had been cleaned before we checked in. The floors, counters, bathrooms and bedrooms were all in good order. Our only real issues were that the unit is a little outdated. The furniture is old,The lounge chairs on the balcony were broken through but covered with a pad. The dining table seat covers were stained and looked dirty. There were only a few bowls and dishes so we found ourselves washing dishes after every meal, rather than loading a dishwasher.

Family Vacation

We love this condo for our yearly family vacation. I have a 5 and a 13 year old and the pool and oceanfront is great for both! There is also plenty of room for the 6 of us! This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it!

Awesome time at the beach

Spent two weeks for a work trip apartment was great. There are a couple of issues with the cabinetry that could be fixed but overall we had a awesome time.

Overall a great place

We loved the view of the beach and the condo was great and had lots of space for everyone. The mattresses need to be updated and the kitchen cabinets need some work to them. Overall we had a great stay and we didn’t have any major issues.

A Wonderful Penthouse With Loads of Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again! The condo is a brand new remodel, but it was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent loads of time on the large balcony when not enjoying the beach or other amenities of the complex. (Please be aware that you can’t see the sunrise while sitting on the balcony based on the location. It was beautiful from the beach, though!) Beach access is VERY convenient, and even though we were there the second week of July, it was not really crowded. Highly recommend!

Good experience overall

Overall everything was great. There were a few minor things that needed addressed. The wifi password we were given was not correct initially, one of the door handles on the outside of the balcony is broken off making it hard to use, and a very heavy mirror in a guest room fell off the wall due to the picture wire detaching from the frame without being touched, and two out of the three elevators got stuck multiple times during our stay. The location itself is great, right on the beach. I liked that the property needed an access code to get in, felt secure. Everyone was very helpful. The hot tubs, indoor pool, and sixth floor lazy river were out of service unfortunately. The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfy!

Disappointing Stay

The place was not clean, no response from management with broken handle on patio door. Had maintenance just walk in to spray for bugs, while my whole was sleeping, had no warning or notification of them coming. Microwave did not work, lots of cabinets and drawers were ready to fall off.

So good we extended out stay.

The overall cleanliness of the unit was good. The only thing I wish was better was the floor. It was so dirty we had to wash it ourselves a few times. It took just a couple barefoot steps for the bottom of our feet to start turning dark from dirt. This was problematic as we had toddlers and an infant crawling on the floors. Aside from that I can confidently say our entire family enjoyed our stay in this convo. It truly felt like a vacation. The kitchen has all the utensils you’ll need even if you’re feeding a large group. All the necessities were there. Big plus. The bathroom on the other hand didn’t come with backup toilet paper so bring some with you. The option to walk out the door and right onto the beach is amazing and a warm indoor pool for the little ones is also a great plus. Multiple hot tubs, lazy river, friendly guests, clean unit and fun attractions. We will book here again.

Absolutely Amazing

Everything was as pictured and described in the description. I love the safety and security in the building. The owners in the building were very friendly and helpful. I only had two problems. One being we did not like was when the exterminator came the first guy was very rude and came in while we was sleeping. Said we had to leave for 15 to 30 minutes. We ended up not leaving because we was not comfortable leaving our belongings with strangers, but the guy spraying was fine with us staying and was very polite. The other problem was the initial check in. I didn’t receive my check in instructions until the day after check in. Might have been an issue with my phone but I feel the should sent it a day or two before check in. The balcony was huge and the views are breathtaking. We highly recommend!

Beautiful Unit with some minor issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was absolutely beautiful with an ocean view that was breathtaking. The short walk to the beach was a big plus. However, a few things could have been improved. The balcony furniture was in desperate need of replacements. The kitchen cabinets were in bad need of repair. Some of the doors fell off if you opened a drawer or the cabinet. The bedding was adequate and certainly appreciatd the number of beds available. Now if they could work on the cleanliness of the unit it would make the stay a little more comfortable. Dust was absolutely everywhere. Turning on lamps was disgusting and even the dresser tops were extremely dusty, and all of the light fixtures were hanging with dust. There were piles of sand in the master closet. Such a beautiful beach and I want to go back. I would also love to go back to this unit, but I will give it some consideration after I read other reviews after this.
