A handcrafted wood bar provides seating for the whole group, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine after exploring King Street or strolling along The Battery.

The kitchen and living areas flow seamlessly, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. In the back of the home, you’ll find two serene bedrooms, each with a new queen bed, Smart TV, fresh linens, and its own private, newly constructed bathroom. Mini-split AC units in every room allow you to customize the temperature to your comfort.

Historic details shine throughout, with reclaimed heart pine countertops, shelving, and ceiling beams sourced from the original 170-year-old home, blending Charleston history with fresh, mid-century modern style.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire first-floor unit, driveway, and the backyard patio with outdoor dining. While the fire pit is not permitted for use per city regulations, the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Lowcountry air.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
