Our stay was great! We were close to King Street as well as shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The only downside was it was a bit difficult to find the parking lot due to construction. But, I do not fault the host for that. The only critique could be to warn guests about construction ahead of time. Other than that, thanks for everything!

Very convenient location center of shops and restaurants. A lot of street noise because of the location which was not expected- made sleeping a little difficult. Unit was clean and liked having laundry. Overall, good stay and had a great time.

Thank you so much for your review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the convenient downtown location, walkability to Charleston’s restaurants and shops, and the added convenience of the in-home laundry during your stay. As the home is located in a vibrant urban area of downtown Charleston, occasional street and city noise can occur, particularly during evenings and weekends. To help make stays more comfortable, sound machines are provided in the bedrooms for guest use. We truly appreciate your feedback and are so glad to hear you overall had a great stay and enjoyed your time in Charleston. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The property was very clean, communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, and we especially appreciated the updated bathroom and the comfortable bed in the primary bedroom. The only downsides were factors largely outside the owner’s control. There was significant construction taking place nearby that started early each morning, which made sleeping in difficult. The water pressure was also a bit low, though it seemed reasonable for an older property and wasn’t a major issue.Overall, this was a clean, comfortable place in a great location, and we would recommend it to others—especially once the nearby construction is complete.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed our home and its location. We are currently adding an additional booster pump to improve the water pressure, and the nearby construction does go through both quieter and noisier phases. We truly appreciate your understanding and would love to welcome you back soon!

Great neighborhood and access to everything nearby. Understand though that the backyard neighbor is a massive 2 block construction project. It did not bother us but others might like to be aware.

Communication and location were top notch. The chair covers and walls were VERY worn though. The whole point of a slip cover is that you can easily pull it off and bleach it in the wash. I have several at home so I’m well versed in the easy maintenance. A magic eraser is all it takes for obvious scuff marks at eye level. The tv appears to be about to go out too. Other than that we were super pleased with linens, towels, dishes, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the location, communication from our team, and that the linens, towels, and kitchenware met your needs during your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the chair covers, wall scuffs, and television concerns to our attention. Since your departure, the chair slipcovers have been replaced, and our team has addressed the items noted so the home continues to meet the standards our guests expect. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Charleston in the future!
