    It was a great, clean comfortable place to stay. Though it was not a huge issue, the one thing that could be an issue for some, the one bedroom is on the front of the unit and is right next to the sidewalk. On Friday evening, Halloween, the street noise was fairly loud in that front bedroom.

    Perfect Location

    We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the property was lovely. We had issues with the fridge not working, but management was quick to address our needs.

    We had a great time staying in this property. Wonderful location close to excellent restaurants and all that historic Charleston has to offer. Owner was very responsive to any needs during our visit.

    Great Mother/Daughter Trip!

    Loved, loved, loved our stay at Guesthouse Charleston East 42 A! This property was so incredible and perfect for our trip with 2 mother/daughter duos . Charming property, beautifully decorated, clean, great location and within walking distance to dining & shopping, easy check-in, responsive communication with property management, just overall perfect. Can't wait to return and stay here!

    My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a friend’s wedding weekend in Charleston. The location was great! Loved the neighborhood and the easy access to King St. The host was very responsive and accommodating! It was the perfect size for two couples

    Lovely space

    Was a lovely space to rest in. I especially liked the private parking area. One bathroom was a little inconveniently placed but all in all it was very nice!

    Wonderful little house with lots of charm

    House is lovely with a comfortable outdoor seating area. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but clean. Everything you need is here. We enjoyed our stay!!

    Great place to stay!

    Location was great! Walked to Browns Court Bakery around the corner for coffee and pastries. Walking distance to Kings Street for shopping and restaurants. Small living space but perfect for my husband and I. Kerri was very helpful with figuring out TVs.

    Overall great stay. A little tight but maximized space they have. Good kitchen to cook on own but no good place for more than 2 to sit to eat

    Loved our Stay Here!

    Our stay here was overall very good. The space was very clean and organized and it provided almost everything we needed! This place does not have a water dispenser or a Brita water filter, so I recommend bringing bottle waters or picking some up on the way! Our host was quick to respond with any questions we had and the location was perfect. Beautiful place, I will definitely be returning:)
