The sound of waves greets you each morning as you step onto your private balcony, where emerald waters stretch endlessly before you. Sunlight pours through wide windows, filling the open living space with a glow that mirrors the beach just steps away. In the evening, linger outdoors with a drink in hand, watching the horizon melt into vibrant Gulf sunsets. Every moment here places you closer to the rhythm of the shoreline.

Community & HOA Amenities:

Amenities: Sugar Dunes Condominiums sits in a quiet cove in Seagrove Beach and is one of the few 30A buildings with a "grandfathered" rear beach walkway connecting private decks directly to the sand.

Beach Access: Private beach access via the grandfathered walkway — restricted to Sugar Dunes renters and owners only; visiting (non-staying) guests are not permitted to use this beach.



IMPORTANT — Beach Chair Policy

Private chairs are not permitted from March to October. Guest who need additional chairs must rent from the on-site vendor (Spyglass) at $35/day for 2 chairs + 1 umbrella.



What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
