'Beached Inn' is a townhome in the heart of Seacrest Beach right next to a beautiful private beach and Camp Creek Lake. There is no public access to our beach--so it is private and uncrowded. The beach and a rare coastal lake are just steps away down a wooden boardwalk. Our townhome is part of a small secluded complex called 7 Palms. It is located in a private area south of Highway 30-A between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach but is only minutes away from shopping, golf, and great restaurants. 'Beached Inn' was recently renovated (Feb 2018) and is outfitted with everything you will need. The breakfast bar seats four (4) and the antique dining room table comfortably seats six (6). You can watch the flat-screen TV in the living room, cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace on a cool fall evening, or enjoy the amazing views on one of our two decks. Each bedroom offers a queen-size bed and flat-screen television. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that sleeps two (2). We provide everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach to include two (2) kayaks, two (2) stand up paddleboards, and beach chairs (we cannot guarantee the availability of all items due to maintenance issues. We do our best to keep all items operational at all times). 7 Palms also has several outdoor grills and benches right outside that you can use. Our townhome has covered parking for two (2) cars, a fully appointed kitchen with everything you will need, a cozy living room with a walkout to a private deck, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. 7 Palms is a small complex right next to Deer Park and over three miles of empty and undeveloped beach. Relax on one of our elevated decks that overlook the Gulf of Mexico, Camp Creek Lake, and beautiful coastal dunes. Get a drink, sit on our deck, and enjoy a beautiful sunset and the sound of the surf. Don't miss the opportunity to be 'Beached Inn"! 6th Annual Beach Trip

Really nice condo, family friendly, convenient access to the beach, quiet private street and beach. Owners are very nice, easy to work with and very accommodating. This was our sixth consecutive year at this condo and are planning to go back next year.

Steps From the BEACH!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Beached Inn...a well decorated & thoughtfully furnished town home with wonderful amenities. We had bikes, paddle boards & kayaks provided by the owner. Missy was prompt & professional with all of her communication. It is one of our favorite locations along 30A because of the privacy and proximity to the beach. We have already booked a return trip...hopefully the first of many :)

Easy beach access, great deck, quiet bedrooms

This townhome is terrific in many ways: easy beach access, exterior shower to wash off, nice 2nd level deck, open airy common area with bedrooms removed from the common area making them very quiet for nap time! The owners are friendly and accommodating and provide many amenities (bikes, kayaks, etc.) that you don't find in many places. There has been some construction nearby during our last two visits but it seems almost complete at this point and in any case we have never been bothered in the slightest by any noise. Plenty of parking. The beach is terrific -- beautiful white sand and never crowded at all.

Great Property

Perfect spot!

I would 100% stay at this townhome again. I love that the community is gaited. There is a short walk out the back door to the beach, and the owners have supplied all the chairs and toys you would need. The fireplace and touches of unique furniture make this place feel like home. The ONLY thing that may cause someone problems is the stairs. There is a flight of stairs up to the main level and a flight up to 2 of the bedrooms.

Our new favorite beach home!

The best thing about this place is the location. It looked close to the beach in the pictures but I could not believe how easy it was to get there and back. Communicating with Missy was seamless. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, we loved watching the waves from our balcony, and the private beach access is a necessity in 2020! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Experience

This beach rental is perfectly located between the gulf coast and a coastal lake. The beach was private so no crowd. There are Stand up paddle boards and Kayaks as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. We rented some bikes and enjoyed riding to dinner and shopping. The 3 bedrooms and baths gave everyone their own retreats and the kitchen/family area was great for gathering. We will book this rental again.

Great condo near the beach

This place had everything we needed for a great beach getaway. The condo was very clean. All three rooms had good beds, great closet space and good bathrooms. It is a short walk to a very private area of the beach. We will be back.

Awesome spot!

We had 2 families of 4, that fit comfortably in this townhouse. The beach access is super easy, Much quicker/easier than if you stayed in a high rise! The private beach was super spacious, we only had about 4-6 families each day, so there was plenty of room for social distancing. You could look a little ways down the beach at the packed crowds and see the covid spreading in the crowds. The kayaks and paddle boards were big fun, we went out early one morning and paddled with the dolphins! Can't recommend enough, and Missy was extremely responsive & easy to deal with! My only recommendation would be to take out the BBQ pits & put in a pool:) We'll be back!

Perfect location

We have stayed at Beached In 3 times now and Mrs Missy is always keeping it up to date and is so easy to work with. For us the set up of the house is ideal and rare. When splitting a home with 3 couples each of us had our own queen bed and bathroom and 2 of the rooms have lots of floor space for the kids pack and play and air mattress. It has lots of seating inside and outside. Perfect use of the space provided. It had all the appliances and linens we needed. Close walk to the beach. Kind of love all the stairs to help walk off all the great food you find in the area. We definitely hope to stay here again soon. The area is perfect for family and friends. Thanks Mrs Missy!

A True haven!!!!

Our family has stayed at this exact spot for 3 years in a row. It is so user friendly, clean, fully equipped and the LOCATION!!! It’s a hidden gem, indeed. Perfect Family Vacation

We've been staying on 30A for years and were so happy to uncover this gem. From covered parking with easy direct access to the townhouse, to an incredibly short walk to a private beach, it was the ideal location for our family. Plenty of room inside for our family of 6 to spread out. We loved using the kayaks and paddle boards too! The ease of walking a few short steps to beach access was so nice. I can't say enough great things about the owner, Missy and her fabulous communication at every step. We can't wait to plan another trip and wouldn't think of staying anyplace else.

Beautiful beach, perfect location and all you need!

This was our second visit to this beautiful property. Improvements are gorgeous and this home has plenty of space and all you need for an awesome family vacation. We love the kayaking and paddle boards . The location is ideal to Seaside and Rosemary Beach for dining and shopping minus the crowds! The beach is so private and beautiful! We enjoyed our visit and look forward to many more!

Amazing Trip

The townhouse was immaculate and owner was responsive. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. A private beach was just steps away. We were the only ones there! Property is amazing and I highly recommend it.

Great spot on 30-A!

We had a wonderful stay. Property was as described and we loved easy access to the beach and use of the condo’s chairs, toys, kayaks and paddle boards. Missy was a wonderful hostess in communicating regularly with us and even offering early check-in and an extended stay. Great rental for families!
