• Take advantage of this remarkable location— just a short 5 minute stroll to the downtown, restaurants, wine tasting, riverside walks, hiking, Leavenworth Alpine Coaster, and other local attractions. No need to pay for parking... you're that close!

• This charming home is truly designed for living in the mountains. On the main floor, the master bedroom/bath features a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, shower, walk-in closet. The main floor also includes a fireplace, powder room, and nice-sized laundry room with washer/dryer, perfect for hanging/storing winter gear and drying out your ski clothes at the end of the day. The upper level includes a cozy loft, perfect for curling up with a good book, 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom.

• A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry basics, spices, and a large dining table make in-home meals convenient, and many of the restaurants deliver. (Rudloof's Pizza, LaJavelina and Kristall's are just steps away from the house, but if adventuring downtown, be sure to check out Stein, Colchuck's, Sulla Vita, Larch, and Icicle Brewing Company)

PLEASE NOTE, our permit with Leavenworth to rent this home allows a maximum of:
6 (six) people (excluding children under the age of 6). Failure to comply could result in a fine issued by the City which will be charged to the booking guest and a request for extra guests to vacate in order to ensure compliance with the City code.
3 (three) vehicles are allowed under this permit. No RVs or street parking permitted.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints. Great location close to town. The views of the river from inside the house and the back deck are fantastic. The house is always immaculate and well equipped. Terry is a gracious and very communicative host. We highly recommend this property.

We felt very welcomed. Terry went above and beyond to make the house festive and even provided a little welcoming gift. Her recommendations for dining were wonderful. The house was spotless and has a gorgeous view. She made an effort to introduce herself and offer any assistance necessary to make our stay special. Best VRBO we’ve stayed in. Thank you, Terry! Terry has a great property. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. The morning sun and fresh air were an added bonus. We have been coming to Leavenworth for decades and have stayed many places, this may be our favorite. Thank you again Terry see you next year.

This is a lovely, quiet spot just blocks from downtown. Location is great, the house is spacious and beautiful, and fitted with everything you might need for a weekend away. The back deck is perfect for enjoying the sun and watching the deer graze in the yard. The AC is also wonderful if you’re staying in the summer! Would definitely return.

Atmosphere and location convenience

It was so nice not to have to fuss with parking issues in town as this home was just 5 minutes away walking.It was very quiet and temperature comfortable with the air conditioning.The deck was lovely and had enough seating for us.One of the best stocked kitchens in any previous VRBO’s I’ve been in.Terry the host was so friendly and available for any issues if we needed.The beds were so comfortable and plenty of extra linens and blankets. We could tell this property is well taken care of.

Our stay here was amazing! The location is truly unbeatable. The walk into town was quick and easy, but its far enough away so it's not "in town" and it was more tucked into a little neighborhood street. We loved the view and spent plenty of time out on the nice back deck. Terry was a fabulous host and answered any questions we had, as well as provided a ton of great info & recommendations for our stay. We came for a fun couples weekend and are already wanting to come back next summer!

Perfect spot

Stayed here for a short family vacation. Perfect size for our family of 6. Perfect location to walk into town or down to the park and river. The house and kitchen were very well stocked. Highly recommend going to the Sound of Music at the Ski Hill amphitheater.

Perfect view and walkable to everywhere

We loved our stay here! The back patio overlooks the river and you are a quick 5 minute walk to downtown. The putting course is right by the house. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was great to cook in and had some basic spices, oils, vinegars, etc. In the evenings we spotted deer off the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet but convenient. The porch is pretty toasty in the morning but is shady in the afternoon and all evening! Terry was sweet enough to welcome us inside and make sure we knew all the basics. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ample towels. I appreciated having tea bags in the house to sip on with that view.

Great location

Loved this house. It’s 5 min walk to the restaurants and is near the river. It’s updated and was fully stocked. We even got towels for the beach. Terry was a great host. Photos by our toddlers.

Wonderful house and amazing location

We had a great time staying at Quail Run! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. It's just far enough from the highway and downtown to be quiet, while still being a short walk. We left our car parked for the weekend (except for a 20-minute drive to a horse ranch) and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I took a couple of work meetings from the deck on Friday and all my coworkers were jealous of the view of the river and the mountains.

Outstanding stay with great views

We had such a great stay at this amazing home and deserves every 5 star. It was so clean, well stocked, and cozy. We were greeted with a wonderful welcoming basket, which we enjoyed on the patio soaking up the river views. Each room has plenty of blankets and pillows. We also appreciated the handicap accessibility. Short walking distance to downtown and river access. Like the review I read that made me book this amazing place- Just book it, you will not be disappointed!

Everything you could want!

Home was beautiful and was filled with everything could could ever need. Loved the view, the peacefulness of the setting and the close proximity to town. Everything was in walking distance. Saw the town but spent a lot of time just relaxing as family. Host really cares about her guests.
