3-room app of 85m2 with garden of 150m² (4 deckchairs) as well as a terrace of 20m² not overlooked. It consists of a living room with large T. V, Air conditioning, Wifi fiber throughout the apartment Open and fully equipped kitchen, (fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, + Nespresso, crockery and cutlery, etc....) In the 2 bedrooms (beds of 160X200) Air conditioning, T.V, Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Linen provided. Possibility to have lunch or dinner in a flowered garden and take an aperitif on the terrace. The exceptional location in the heart of the mythical Saint-Tropez, allows you to do everything on foot 3 minutes from the Place des Lices and 5 minutes from the port. Exit from the parking lot to the road to the beaches.

Excellent location, barely 5 minutes walk from Place des Lices and 15 minutes for the heart of old town and the harbour front. Also a fairly convenient walk to supermarkets and a boulangerie. The apartment complex is lovely, fully secure, well maintained and with a stunning pool area. The underground car park with allocated garage is super convenient.The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Outdoor space is a main reason we chose this apartment, and didn’t disappoint, with comfortable and spacious outside dining and a lovely seating area. There are 4 good quality sun beds provided and enough outdoor space to use them (as well as the pool only a few steps away). We were met on arrival to show us into the car park and around the complex and apartment, and the host’s communication was excellent in advance of our arrival. I would thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment in beautiful St Tropez.

A charming place in walking distance to the harbor

What a pity that this place was dirty (we documented it) because it was a nice apartment with a beautiful garden - even though it was in an apartment complex. It was in walking distance to the town which was a great plus because parking is difficult in Sani Tropez. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedrooms were adequate. The bed sheets and linens could use an upgrade. A charming place otherwise.

Je vous remercie pour votre retour qui va me permettre de contribuer à améliorer les choses. Je suis désolée que vous ayez trouvé à votre arrivé des problèmes de propreté ( un oubli de nettoyage, four à micro onde et bas de frigidaire , et nous vous avons refait le ménage le lendemain) je tiens à vous préciser que j'ai pourtant une prestation de ménage réalisée à chaque entrée et sortie par une personne reconnu dans la résidence. le plus important c'est que vous ayez passer un agréable moment à Saint Tropez en profitant de mon jardin proche du centre ville. Je vous souhaite une belle journée et merci encore Christine
