Estero Cove Unit 133 is located on the third floor of Building 1, conveniently located close to the swimming pool and just across the street from the beach. Take a stroll across the widest part of the shell strewn beaches or enjoy the on-site activities. Play a game of tennis, pickleball, sunbathe pool side or strike up a conversation at the BBQ area. There are plenty of areas for fishing on the bay side. Inside the condo there is a slight view of the gulf through the glass sliders in the living room.
Estero Cove is a two-minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and sits on a 40-acre mangrove preserve with a nature trail, private fishing piers and gazebo on the bay - it is a birder's and fisherman's delight. Amenities include a pool, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, and barbeque and picnic areas. This well-maintained community is just minutes to restaurants, shops, a trolley stop, public golf course, full-service marina, pharmacy, and library. There is a CVS drug store adjacent to the complex and Santini Marina Plaza next door featuring numerous restaurants, shops, a hardware store, and boating marina. In the winter months, there is a farmer's market twice a week on the parking lot of the plaza. Estero Cove is located on the quieter and less heavily traffic end of the Island and is two miles from Lover's Key State Park. There is a bike/running track the length of the island and over the bridge to Lover's Key.
The condo was just equipped with all new sheets, spreads, and bath towels for your stay!
There is a 30-day minimum stay per the HOA.
There will be an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap, enough to get you started on your stay.

Was able to check in OK walked into the condo. There was no coffee pot. Call the property manager. She said go buy a coffee pot and I’ll reimburse you went over to the TV in the living room would not turn on open up the controller. The batteries were exploded went into the bedroom turn on the TV no coaxial cable couldn’t see the Golf through the condo windows. They were so dirty. The shower in the second bathroom control knobs were broken. The refrigerator had rust on the racks. The freezer was leaking and was frosted up. Icemaker was not working. Went to take a shower no hot water. The pillow in the bedroom appeared to have some type of stain and odor we lasted 12 hours.

I am a little surprised you left a review considering you never stayed in the condo. The property is as advertised. In the photos it is clear to see that it is not a renovated condo. However, the condo is neat and very clean. In regard to the coffee pot, I offered to get you one, you were the one who said you would pick it up. With regards to the televisions, knob to the shower and the ice maker not working, I was at the condo the next morning and was able to turn everything on with no problem. As for the refrigerator racks being rusty, the refrigerator has glass shelves, not racks. I think you misspoke there. All of the linens were new, I purchased them myself. Could it have been the smell of new material? And lastly, the cleaner had neglected to turn on the breaker for the hot water heater. Once I switched it on, we had hot water in less than 30 minutes. You have to remember, when the unit is not occupied, everything must be turned off. Everything is as it should be in the condo.
