10 km from Périgueux, "Le Père Igor" country vacation home

I am offering the first floor (at the back, on the first floor) of my house for your stays in the Périgord. The vacation rental is located in the town of Escoire, a small village just 10 km from Périgueux, with a shopping area 5 km away. From here, you can enjoy hiking on marked trails and explore the various tourist destinations to discover the villages and remarkable sites of the Dordogne, as well as its renowned cuisine.
The vacation rental is completely separate from the rest of the house, set in a natural and peaceful setting. A free parking space is reserved for you right next to the property.
A covered patio allows you to enjoy meals outdoors and use the plancha grill.
As soon as you enter, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious living room.
There’s a work area before you reach the hallway leading to the two bedrooms (one 140-cm bed per room), the spacious and modern bathroom, and the separate toilet.
Linens are provided.
All kitchen utensils are at your disposal for preparing breakfast and meals.
I’ll be available upon request on the first floor of the house.
I look forward to welcoming you for your next vacation. The booking calendar is accessible through this listing (Saturday to Saturday: check-in at 5:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM).

A bientôt. Très cordialement
