Spectacular views from this beautiful ocean view penthouse 2 Bed / 2 Bath condo on the 24th floor of the Royale Palms Resort, located next to Hilton Myrtle Beach. Updated with new LVP flooring, new beds, freshly painted, new art work and lighting. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every room.The private balcony can be easily accessed from the living room and primary bedroom. You'll be able to dine, marvel at amazing Sunsets, and lounge around as if nothing else matters in this moment. This condo can be rented with Unit #2406H next door to create a 3 Bed / 3 Barh combo for extra guests.
For our guests who like to explore, you have walking / hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean-side dining. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade downtown -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing, and there's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston boundaries. All this BEACHINESS of the Atlantic Ocean practically at your feet, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality!

Clean and well equipped condo in Myrtle beach

This condo was spacious and clean and we fond everything we need at hand especially in the kitchen. It was a most pleasant and comfortable stay. I would rent this unit again.

Royal Palms

Great place to stay with mazing views of the ocean. Just far enough North to be away from the hustle and bustle Myrtle Beach. Getting to the beach was a little bit of a hassle with beach gear, no easy access. Other than that we had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

Clean, large Unit

This unit was so spacious and clean! It was a perfect location. Quick access to the beach and one pool that was very nice. Lots of amenities including both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. There were chairs and an umbrella if needed but we rented them for the week on the beach. Owners were so attentive to any inquiries or needs we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Chanda saved our vacation.

We were in an emergency situation and needed a place to stay at the last minute. Everything from the booking process to checkout ran smoothly and efficiently. Any time we had a question, the owners were immediate with a response and assistance. They were extremely accommodating the entire stay.The unit itself is beautiful. It is nicely updated and well appointed. Everything we needed was provided. The furnishing were very comfortable. The unit was exactly as pictured, which couldn't have made us happier. We would recommend this rental unit to our friends and family, and would enjoy staying here for another vacation ourselves. The owners were fabulous to deal with. We appreciated their hospitality.

Was great but had a few problems. The ac wasn’t working the first night but the owners were quick to send someone out to fix it which we appreciated! And another problem we had when we were checking in. But overall great!

Disappointed with cleanliness

The Condo was absolutely beautiful with a great view. One of the 2 beds in the bedroom teamed of urine even after washing the sheets. The whole room smelled of urine so it must have been in the carpet also. We could not sleep in that room so two of my family members had to sleep with me in the Kings sized bed and the other on the couch. I felt the owner should have refunded part of my money but they did not even after I let them know as soon as we found it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just as advertised. The unit was clean and well kept. Kitchen was also well equipped. Keys were a bit of a hassle though. I much prefer keypad entry

We love staying at Royals Palms. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and has 3 pools to use. The condo has 2 bedrooms , 2 baths with a washer and dryer. This is the second year we stayed at the Royale Palms. I have to say that we enjoyed last years condo more as it had a slider going onto the deck from both bedrooms. The condo we stayed at this year did not have a slider in the guest bedroom and it was really stuffy in the bedroom. We will definitely stay at Royale Palms again but we will make sure that both bedrooms have sliders going into the deck. No need to bring any of your bedding, it is all supplied by Royale Palms. There is every you need in the condo.

My family has been coming to Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 25 years. It has always been our dream to one day own our own condo in a place that is so special to us. That dream finally came true in 2017.

We want to share this wonderful place with everyone and hope you are able to create as many priceless family memories as we were.

Royale Palms has everything my family loves. For my kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a Hotel with the flexibility of a condo.

There is a large resort atmosphere with the attached Hilton amenities: Starbucks in the lobby, poolside food service and Tiki bar. Close to Barefoot Landing with additional restaurants and tourist and outlet shopping. Private owners pool available to our guests that book with us.
