This luxury beachfront condo is located in the heart of downtown and is just a few minutes walk from the ferry.

Enjoy the striking panoramic view of Provincetown Harbor, Long Point, Truro, Wellfleet, and beyond from the huge wraparound deck. The condo has abundant windows, each with water/beach views, where the ever-changing mood of the sky and sea will take your breath away. New, bright, airy, modern, clean. Distinctive granite counters, gleaming oak floors, and gorgeous tiled bathroom.

The condo has two exterior security cameras. One faces the water view and one is on the side deck facing access to the exterior stairs.

Quiet hours must be adhered to from 10 PM-8 AM so all residents and guests of the complex can peacefully recover from their night out.

Beyond Perfection

The property is sensational. Nothing has been overlooked. What can be bad with view of the bay? This place has it all and to top it off is decorated to perfection. We loved our stay. Location was so convenient. We just wish we could have stayed forever.

A beautiful space in my favorite place

John was so lovely, very responsive and an excellent host. The place was immaculate and disgustingly beautiful. The bed and pillows! Perfection. The view from the living room is stunning. Honestly, everything was truly wonderful about our stay.

Fabulous

This property is everything and more. The unit seems larger than stated, the decor is fresh and current, and the views of the harbor and beyond are spectacular. One of the best rentals in town.
