Your master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and recently remodeled private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Your guest bedroom offers a queen bed, their own closet, TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious, clean kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a great breakfast bar. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. The living room is the perfect place for you to relax while taking in those gorgeous water views. Both the master bedroom and living room have access to your private balcony. The owners include a washer and dryer in the unit.

Occupancy: Max 6 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
We are more than happy to setup payment plans as you may need, so long as the final payment is paid before the due date. Contact our office to coordinate your payment plan.
