Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

Adhere to all posted condo rules. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in the unit, including the patio. A fee of $150 will be incurred.

Cozy and relaxing

Great choice if you're planning a beach get away. It was about a 10 minute walk otherwise you can purchase a permit and park right on the beach! The condo was well furnished and easy to find, and stayed cool in the Texas heat! However my party did see two or three cockroaches in the listing, though that may be hard to avoid in the complex/on the Island.

Overall a nice stay. The condo was clean and easy check in and check out. The bed was a little worn out and too soft for me but was fine for 2 nights.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It should be noted that this is a studio but we were just fine there. One item needs attention, the vent fan over the stove may need to be replaced. Everyone at this location was very friemdly and its location os very close to the

Cute and thoughtful rental!

We loved our stay. It is perfect for a couple. The unit has everything you need. Really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as the beach chairs, umbrella, the Brita, and the tar remover! Check in and check out was super easy. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything in town as well. It was SO CLEAN and smelled amazing. Would stay again!

Perfect, cozy beach condo

This was a great, little condo for a girls' beach weekend. Super close to the beach and it has a nice pool. The only issues we encountered were the sofa bed and lack of coffee mugs. The sofa bed was terrible. There was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs at all. I tried messaging the host but the message function within the app wasn't working so I texted the phone number but never received a reply. Overall, still a good stay.

I always enjoy staying on this end of the beach and I typically always stay at this complex. This unit was great, pet friendly and centrally located on the property. No complaints.

Perfect space

Second time visiting this VRBO. I doubt it will be our last. It's beautiful, bright, and comfy. Benaia responses are so quick and helpful. Spacious studio with everything you need and just minutes from the beach. Love the Nespresso machine!! Pods supplied. No cons.

This “older couple” was quite pleased;)))

I’m 69, my wife is 65, and we booked a 4 night stay(3-1/2yrs ahead) to see the infamous “Annular Eclipse” on Oct 14 2023. The eclipse and the chilly weather were a disappointment,,, but the condo unit WAS NOT;))) We were quite pleased. The property is well kept, has close reserved parking, and ample additional parking for boat, golf cart, etc., pool, washateria, & work-out room,,, and is very close to the beach, convenient store, and many restaurants & fast food establishments. The unit is very easily accessible on the 1st floor(but NOT handi-cap acc.), with three steps up to breezeway floor level. It’s nicely furnished & decorated, and has modern appliances and plumbing fixtures. All flooring, walls, cabinets and counters are clean, fresh, and new-looking. Kitchen is equipped with full-sized appliances, adequate dishes, silverware, utensils, small appliances, and basic staples. All is clean and well-kept. I would return to this place again, time and time again, without even seeking other options! So ,if you’re of a self- sustaining, call-it-home type nature, and NOT requiring “5-star, room service, foo-foo” type accommodations,,, this is a perfect place for a get-away, or temporary lodging for that matter, for any couple. Weekend getaway with best friend

We really liked this condo! The complex is an older building. It’s perfect for two people, my best friend and I slept in the king size bed, and it was super comfortable. Although it was close to Whitecap Beach, we still drove our car and parked on the beach… but my best friend was able to walk back to the condo because she forgot a few things.
