Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

Awesome location

We had a wonderful stay! This property is clean, close to the beach and golf cart rentals for a fun beach cruise! We had a fun comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend!

Cozy and relaxing

Great choice if you're planning a beach get away. It was about a 10 minute walk otherwise you can purchase a permit and park right on the beach! The condo was well furnished and easy to find, and stayed cool in the Texas heat! However my party did see two or three cockroaches in the listing, though that may be hard to avoid in the complex/on the Island.

Excellent stay

This property was absolutely wonderful! The condo fit our family of four comfortably. It is very close to the beach, quiet, and has a nice pool that is open late. We only stayed one night, but have plans to come back for a longer stay soon.
