This stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath villa overlooks the 10th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Course with Calibogue Sound views in the distance. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open and beautiful with gorgeous finishes. Large windows, ceiling detail, and a gourmet kitchen make this villa an amazing island retreat. Bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and comfortable. All this and just a short bike ride to beautiful Harbour Town.

Favorite Location

Our family has vacationed on HHI for 25 years and we always stay in Sea Pines. This location was by far one of our favorites! We loved waking up every morning overlooking the golf course with the ocean in the distance. The location is great! We also loved how close the pool is to the property. Twin Oaks is quiet and the property was clean and relaxing.

Golf trip

This property was wonderful. It is located on harbor town 10th hole. We could sit on patio and watch golfers pass by. It was decorated beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Plan to return in the future!

Great location!!

The house was just as advertised. Wonderful view from the patio. Lots of kitchen dishes and utensils. Very responsive management. We couldn't lock the patio door, so we placed a call and received a return call within 15 minutes from someone explaining what we needed to do..

A week in Hilton Head, SC

When we arrived to the property we thought it was nice. The pictures did not lie, its a beautiful space. We had five adults and everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen counter was nice and big and they had every possible pot / pan, and utensils we might have needed in the kitchen. There was even a cheese grader in one of the cabinets. We did cook some family meals in house and on the grill, but if we did not have something we just went to Harris Teeters which was near the entrance of the property. Everything was just nice and we would consider renting this property again.

I'd Stay Again.

Good:181 Twin Oaks is a great location. It's approximately a 1 mile bicycle ride into Harbour Town or a 3 min car ride- so the location is great. Behind the property is a golf course and a little stream and it's a very pretty view. I stayed for a week in June 2025. I liked to get up in the morning and sit on the back deck with my coffee and relax. Very enjoyable and relaxing.The downstairs common areas (kitchen, living room, and dinning room) were nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (we didn't eat dinner there but ate breakfasts and lunch there). The large TV in the living room was great. The bedrooms were good size for my wife and I, as well as my adult children. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes etc. The pool is 50 steps from the condo. The pool is very nice and partially shaded from the hot SC summer sun. There was plenty of sun for my wife and daughter to sit out though. In the week we were there, the pool was never very crowded.Twin Oaks is a nice area to spend a week. Some construction noise (SeaPines is re-doing the golf courses so there was some construction trucks around) but nothing too bad. Not so Good:The bathrooms (and specifically the master bathroom) need updating. Back deck needs to be cleaned.Overall:Great location, very comfortable bedrooms and common areas and great pool. Overall, a great week, and I'd stay here again!
