Luxury, Resort Style Living - Old Town Scottsdale

Luxury one (1) bedroom condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Close to Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Entertainment District. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, parks, golf, spring training baseball, and close to casino. You can also use the trolly which frequently stops in front of the condo complex.

Across the street from the condo are many restaurants, various shops such as a bakery, nail salon, massage therapy, bike rental, Sprouts grocery store and many more.

The pool and hot tub are a great places to relax after going out for brunch and the gas BBQ grills make it a great place to hang out. The complex has a resort style feel with outstanding outside amenities.

You will find a large SMART TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. Both TV’s are connected to COX boxes with 100+ channels. In addition, you will be able to use Netflix and high speed WiFi.

Many of our guests complained about the long wait at the airport to get a rental car (and the 20min bus ride to the rental car station). With this being said, we decided to rent a Jeep Wrangler to our guests to make the experience more enjoyable. You can rent through Turo or directly through us (as long as you are at least 25 years old).
Please note that we only rent out the car if you stay in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area (not trips to the Grand Canyon or Flagstaff). The price is usually $80 per day.

You will also find a couple of yoga mats in case you want work out. My wife is a yoga instructor and I’m a tennis instructor. My wife does private yoga sessions as well as bigger parties. Let us know if you want to book some lessons and I’m sure we can make it work.
