Great stay!

I just stayed here with my family and it was a great location for a wedding we were attending. The place was clean and looked as pictured. Would recommend!

Great Space!

The apartment was great, spacious and clean. It was very open and accomodating for the three of us. We used all the amenities and liked the central location getting on and off the interstate.

Perfect!

The condo was adorable, right down to the doormats! Extremely clean, very well furnished. We had everything we needed. Location was great as well, close to the highway so we could easily get anywhere.

Great property for a great price!!

Staff was amazing to deal with, and you couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay, especially for the price. We priced beachfront hotels with half the space and no kitchen for $300 to $500 a night, I can drive 30 minutes for that difference. We have been going here for the last 3 years and will definitely be returning.

Clean and comfortable with excellent management

We had a very pleasant stay in Tampa. The community has a beautiful pool and nice recreation center and was close to shopping and very convenient to the freeway. It was easy to go just about anywhere. The management company was also very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this location for our family vacation exploring Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete’s. We were contacted saying the condo was ready early. It was exactly as pictured. The rooms were spacious. We had a comfortable stay.

Family visit

My brother and I enjoyed our stay in Tampa area. The place we rented from VRBO was located at the perfect location. 20 minutes from our dad and sister, and within 20 to 40 minutes from some really nice golf courses. The unit was very nice and comfortable. Will certainly use VRBO again.

Weekend get away

This condo was nice…the walk in closets were to die for!!! The master tub was huge…all it needed was some jets lol!!! The location was in the middle of everything you need!!

It was a perfect space for 4 adults and one toddler. The house was tidy and it had more dishes and appliances than we even needed. The staircase is very short, and the condo is immediately at the top (so don’t let the lack of elevator deter you). The pool area was lovely, and only a short minute walk away. My only criticism is that the bed in the spare room, is very uncomfortable (it creaks and sinks in a lot in the middle when two people are sleeping in it). That bed should really be replaced. The other bed was extremely comfortable and there is ample space in the room for a play pen.

Clean, spacious condo.

We stayed a week visiting family. This place was spacious and well laid out. Super close to restaurants, the mall, Top Golf and Dave and Busters! Please make sure you can do stairs, there's about 18 up to the condo, we got our workout! Also, I would suggest getting a ground floor condo if you have little ones, the neighbor downstairs wasn't happy with our 2 1/2 yr old bouncing around.

Family Spring Break 2012

Excellent accommodations. Management very professional, yet very easy to work with. Location of unit in the Brandon Area; though just minutes from downtown Tampa and St Petersburg, there are a number of shopping and restaurant venues in Brandon as well. Pool and weight room as well maintained. Unfortunately, the gym with basketball court is permanently closed. This unit is highly recommended.

Nice for short stay

TV's have very minimal cable package and no streaming or casting capabilities. If you want to stream you will need a HDMI cable and a laptop. But if you are truly here on vacation, then you will not use the TV most likely because you will be exploring FL. We stayed here while we awaited the closing on our newly built home.

The condo was exactly like the pictures!

I enjoyed the condo very much. The pool was beautiful. The location was great, close to Tampa, shopping, restaurants, and a short 45 minute drive to the beach. The only concern I had, was contacting owners towards the end of our stay. I wanted to show a couple minor things that needed some attention. I sent a message, phone call, and pictures and didn't hear back. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others.

Very disappointed

This was one of my worst experience the property was not ready for service when we got there it was never clean after the last guests so they send us to another unit they had and that one wasn't ready neither so they had to send us to a third unit. all of this nightmare with kids and after a 3 hour drive and Aravind late, when we finally settle in it was already midnight I will never wish this to happen to anyone

Nice place, some updates needed.

We did like the condo, and it met our needs. The place was clean and ready for us at the check in time. In fact, we arrived a few minutes early and it was ready. It took a couple of texts to the owners to get the code to get into the condo. A few things are needed. The listing stated it slept 6 people, but there were only two beds listed. We assumed there may be a sofa bed in the living room. The bed for persons 5 and 6 was an air mattress. It was found in the master closet and had no sheets to go with it, nor did it stay aired up during the night. That was the biggest issue with the place. Other smaller issues were no dry measuring cups, and the can opener doesn't work. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the air mattress situation.

I came with six people 4 adults 2 kids 12 year old and 9 year old. The property is great and the price is acceptable for what you get included with the condo. Great place for a family vacation. One issue it does state that the property will sleep six and it does but they could make that part more accommodating with a simple pull out. Over all Great place.
