The apartment: This little type 2 cocoon: 1 bedroom for 2 people and a sofa, very comfortable, completely refurbished. (Reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen, jet shower, separate toilet)
Located on the 1st floor, without lift of a residence with swimming pool, it has 2 beds (maximum), to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the Residence (shared), the time of your stay and discover the places on foot.
Living room side: No Animal
The living room opens onto large bay windows overlooking the gardens and the beach (markets twice a week depending on the season 10 mins away). You can share good meals with family and friends on the open kitchen table. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Monkfish Bourride, Bull Gardiane, La Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille...
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
