Nice stay in St Thomas

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, spacious. Margaritaville is quite an operation! We had fun riding the golf carts to and from! The seaweed at the beach didn't impact us as we were on the go and exploring the island. The pool was a little awkward as it was always filled with couples hanging on each other. Only had one frying pan in the mini kitchen to cook with, but we made do. It was a nice time on St Thomas.

Working with VRBO after our booking was absolutely terrible.

We were told on Christmas night at 11pm, 4 days before the arrival of our stay, that our family of 6 was no longer able to stay in the 2 bedroom unit we booked weeks ago. The rental company, Resort Rental Pros, told us we would have to stay in a 1 bedroom with our group of 6. They were absolutely terrible to us and gave us no information except for that our two bedroom was canceled. We spent the next 3 days trying to contact both VRBO and Resort Rental Pros to help us find a place for 6 but no one would help. Resort Rental Pros has 3 disconnected phone numbers listes online, no answering machine and zero customer service. VRBO was not much better. They straight up said they just market the Resort and can't help us. I will delete my VRBO app and never use them again. I worn everyone out there to never never work through Resort Rental Pros. They are the must unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Our group of 6 was forced to stay in a room for 4 during our vacation.

Best stay in St.Thomas

We had an amazing time at the property. Everything was well maintained, clean, comfortable and with a lovely partial view of the ocean. The staff was very responsive, friendly and well maintained resort. The live music, drinks, food and amibence made us feel very welcome and relaxed for the duration of the stay. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again!

Resort was great and beautiful! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Resort was 15min and $15taxi from airport; taxis are ALWAYS outside the lobby waiting to take you anywhere. Room was great equipped with everything needed in an apartment including washer and dryer. Restaurants and bars were great and pools were awesome as well. We recommend it
