Gorgeous views from this ocean front 3 bedroom villa in St. Thomas USVI. With three spacious bedrooms and sleeper sofa in living room, it is a great value for families and friends to stay together. Newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen. Cook in or enjoy on-site restaurant for dinner/drinks plus short 2 min beach stroll to Bolongo Bay Resort for additional 3 meal restaurant with swim up bar. Steps to pool and beach plus access to 2 other pools and tennis courts at adjacent Sea View and Regatta Point.
The space
Room 1: Primary bedroom with King bed, sofa, balcony access and en-suite bath. Room 2: Two twin beds with en-suite bath with tub/shower. Room 3: Private balcony with King bed. Living Room: 3rd bathroom with Shower. Plus, sleeper sofa (queen). Pack n Play available.

Coin laundry available one floor down in same building.

Best way to enjoy the island is renting a car. Freedom to come and go as you want. Beach, shopping, dining and exploring. We have a great SUV available to rent on property, but the driver must be over the age of 25. Seats 6. Ask us for more information if you are interested! Parking space available for one car.

The condo complex has a back up power generator. This is important as island power goes out periodically (e.g a few hrs once or twice a month). If island power goes out, the generator automatically kicks in within minutes to keep your stay comfortable and uninterrupted. Not all complexes have this, so recommend you inquire as you compare rental options.

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any events that cause them not to check in to condo, in time or at all, or complete a trip, including severe weather events. Our policy is clearly stated at time of booking.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It has a great pool only steps away and beach access right next to apartment. The beach is very quiet and there are plenty of lounges and chairs and lots of shade. Apartment has amazing views and a long spacious balcony. The apartment is somewhat run down - furniture and kitchen ware could use an upgrade but it had everything we needed so for the price this was a good deal for a family of 7. We also rented a car from the owners. The car has seen better days and is about 8-9 years old but we drove it all over the island an and it worked fine. The owners, managers were very responsive and communicated well. Check in and check out was super easy. The beach area here has some sand in the ocean but mostly it has seaweed at the bottom. It didn’t bother us but some people are very particular about such things.

So totally perfect!!! We loved our stay. Communication was amazing. We received full check in instructions way in advance, tips on things to do and website links a couple days before arrival, and then even more ideas of activities just as we arrived. The condo is lovely - full a/c throughout, filtered water, a well stocked kitchen, and a super pretty layout decor. There are tons of nice touches, from games and puzzles to foam balls for the pool. The condo was spotless. We also loved the location - not far from shops or beaches and a quick walk along the beach to Iggys for dinner, or just down one flight of stairs to Mim’s. Also can’t end this post without mentioning the view - it was amazing. We spent hours just watching the water from the balcony.

Beautiful view!

We had a great stay! The property owners were amazing to work with. They helped us with many things, as this was our first time vacationing in this area. As a bonus we got to see 2 beautiful rainbows directly in front of our balcony.

Nice place in a great location

Stayed here 5 days with 3 friends. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. Its location on Bolongo Bay is quiet and beautiful, with a swimming beach and 2 decent restaurants close by. A great choice if you're looking to really relax and don't mind being a white-knuckle drive outside Charlotte Amalie. We rented the owner's SUV which we could pick up and drop off at the airport.

Great ammenities, better than expected. Loved the view and location. Was very disappointed to find out the owner blamed us for counter damage and submitted these claims we absolutely did not do!

Excellent for family vacation!

This was an excellent place to stay for our family! With children that are mostly grown (17 -23 years old) it is sometimes hard to please everyone.... this place delivered big time. Plenty of space for our family of 7. onsite pool, 2 restaurants and a reef just outside. Highly recommend renting the available car. It allowed us to fit so much more into our trip. We were able to visit 3 different beaches, grocery shop, visit the mountain top, get to the ferry dock, etc. The hosts were AMAZING! They were quick to answer questions, gave great recommendations and checked on us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Best Views and great location

We were blown away by the view from the porch. It over looks the pool and the clear blue water. It was beautiful and you just wanted to sit there all day. We very much enjoyed the pool and the condo was in a convent location to the beaches and restaurants. Our hosts checked on us every day via text and offered kind assistance. They were also very understanding when we forgot something at checkout.

Great place

The place is three bedroom so we had two rental cars and only one pass the office was never open to get a guest pass and we got notice saying we would be towed with a number to call that never answered. So we had to park one car off site and shuttle. Other than that it was great
