House 55m² Air-conditioned, Terrace, Communal swimming pool & Private parking lot - Nyons

Welcome to our 55 m² house, nestled on a hill in Nyons within the Domaine de l'Oliveraie. It is our main residence that we occasionally rent out to continue to maintain and equip it.

The framework:
The accommodations are located in a privileged environment. Formerly a holiday village, the estate is now a private condominium of 38 apartments, which offers a pleasant setting to recharge your batteries. During your stay, you will have access to the estate's communal swimming pool (shared with the other residents).

Indoor and Outdoor Living
The house is designed for your well-being:

- Thermal comfort: the living room and the two bedrooms upstairs are fully air-conditioned.
- Dining area: a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table (4 to 6 people).
- Private exterior: you will enjoy a covered terrace without vis-à-vis, equipped with a garden table and mosquito repellent sails to enjoy your evenings in peace.

Access, Parking and Mobility
- Parking: for your peace of mind, a private and numbered parking space is reserved for you.
- Bicycles: a shared bicycle room is available directly in the parking lot.
- Pedestrian access: the estate is entirely pedestrianised to preserve calm. Access to the house from the parking lot is via a path of about 250 metres including about forty steps.

Accessibility: due to this access and the configuration of the rooms upstairs, the accommodations are not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Practical side
- Self-check-in: a key box is at your disposal to facilitate your entry into the premises.
- Linen: note that sheets and towels are not
- Security: a refundable security deposit of €300 is provided via a simple bank imprint (not debited). For your peace of mind, you should know that the security deposit of €300 is a simple bank imprint: no amount is debited from your account. This formality simply allows us to rent out our main residence with complete peace of mind.

Location: the estate is only 2 km from the downtown of Nyons, ideal for enjoying the market and local shops.
