Back inside, you and your friends can unwind in the living area and stream your favorite Netflix series or movies–if you want to host a truly entertaining and complete movie night, take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare mouth-watering finger foods for everybody. When it comes to relaxation, Sea Side Villas 308 plays no games. The main bedroom offers a private bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub; nothing beats coming home from a thrilling day at the beach and relaxing in the tub. Guests here will enjoy easy access to the elevator and shared outdoor pool, covered parking, and an on-site sun deck and grilling patio.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay, the property listing was as advertised with some nice surprises like complimentary snacks for the kids after a long trip, toiletries, and additional beach gear! Our only real issue was that the code to the main gate was incorrect. There are also multiple gates to enter the property that are labeled A-D so I would suggest letting future guests know which gate to use ahead of time :)

This unit is great

Good location. Clean and taken care of. We walked to storefront for food and shopping. Shuttle access. Would definitely book again!! Vacasa as an entity is meh but the unit was wonderful.

Ladies long weekend

Great location, parked right under our 3rd floor condo. It was very cute and plenty of room for 4 of us. The beach chairs we were told about were rusted out and looked like they needed to be thrown away. Bring your own chairs unless you want to rent some. Were able to park right by the elevators and luggage carts which was nice. Loved the location. Would love to stay here again!!!

Disappointed

No signage showing where unit is. Gate was described as main gate and there are 4 gates. Gate code did not work on any gate. Cedrick happened to be at the property and let us in with his code and located the unit for us. Very helpful/polite. Walked in to unit at 4:45 and it had not been cleaned. Notified Cathy at property mgmt. We were 4 hours away from home. So, we left and went elsewhere. Our friends stay at Sea Side Villas and have never had any issues with their property mgmt. group. Cathy & Cedrick were very helpful.

Girls Trip

We loved everything about this rental. From booking our trip to check out was an absolute breeze. Beach access, restaurants and shopping were just a short walk. We would definitely book this same location again and again. We loved our time at this location. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay. On the Beach. Walkable to everything.

Excellent location and great condo. It is right on the beach and walkable to everything: restaurants, grocery, beach etc. Inside the condo a cute kitchen and living area and lots of space for everyone. The bunks as you walk in on the right are def meant for small children, the other bunks are full size and comfortable beds / mattress. The main bedroom has a big comfortable bed and large shower / garden tub. Highly recommend. I forgot an item and the mgt team was very helpful. Will def stay here again!

Fun time in SC.

Property was clean and fairly well equipped. Wasn't able to get in unit until after the appointed time due to unit not cleaned. Location is great, within walking distance or a bike ride to a lot of the attractions. It would be nice if the swimming pool was heated, water very cold, really not able to use it.

Cute condo, but small; good for one family with younger kids

This condo unit is cute but small. Stayed here with my young adult daughter. It was very clean when we arrived. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub where you also shower. A little unusual, but the pressure and temperature were all good. The layout of the unit is also a little unusual, as has been noted before. When you enter, you come into the second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds - one built into the wall and the other a larger, free-standing one. Once upon a time, this was probably just a hallway with the built-in bunks on one side of the hallway, but then a wall must have been knocked out to create an actual bedroom. A little funky, but clever. It's nice to have 2 BR and 2 full baths, but this unit is on the smaller size. The second bedroom is better suited for kids. If you had two different, all-adult families staying here, it would definitely feel cramped. The kitchen table is small and only has three chairs. Finding the actual unit itself at the Sea Side Villas was a challenge because there was no clear sign listing the unit numbers in this particular section of the building, for whatever reason. We also could not see the car gate to the far left that we needed to pull into, because of the trees/leaves. It took a bit hunting, searcing, and asking multiple people there, but we finally found it. Otherwise, the area is a good location, close to beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Disappointed

This condo is very misleading… to get in and out of the condo you have to go through the second bedroom. The view is nice but the balcony is so slanted and slippery you feel that at any moment you are going to fall into the parking lot. This is in addition to the floor being connected with duct tape, the ceiling falling down in the bathroom and visible dust on walls and ceiling.

Great location

The condo is in a prime location. It is very close to coligny plaza. The condo is on the 3rd floor very close to the elevator You will see the pool from your front door. Go through the sliding glass door and you will experience a wonderful view of the ocean.the beach is steps away and the hosts have left beach toys and chairs in the condo for your use. This is a very nice beach condo and well equipped

Unfortunate experience

AC stopped working day 1. Management was very difficult to communicate with as they would not respond to email, text, or phone calls. They could not understand how AC was important during an excessive heat warning.

Condo needs a deep clean and updates

This unit has an excellent location and the layout is great as well. That's about all it has going for it. Entry way bedroom- bedside table turned upside down to use because the glass top was broken and missing from the correct side. TV doesn't work. Top bunk bed is broken. Lights need to be replaced. 1st bathroom- Hairs in tub. Toilet was not cleaned. Parts of the ceiling are falling off. Mirror was not cleaned. Living area- Sliding door was not cleaned. Full wall mirror was not clean. Furniture is completely different than what is pictured. Kitchen- Dining table is sticky and dirty. Bugs and dirt in window sill. There is a piece of plastic in the kitchen pantry that fell every time we opened the door. It hit my 10 year old in the head. Master bedroom- Main ceiling light is so dim you can't even tell you have a light on. There is a piece of white duct tape on the floor between the kitchen and the bedroom to hold the floors together. The washer and dryer are in the closet in this bedroom. It's very hard to get the dryer door open due to placement. Master bathroom- Mold around tub. Toilet had not been cleaned. Mirrors were dirty. Patio-was not swept and gate between seating area and heat pump is falling down. The entire area had not been swept or vacuumed. It truly was very dirty. I had to wear my shoes the entire time I was in the condo until going to bed. All of the walls need to be painted and repaired. The floors need to be replaced as they are peeling up. I would not recommend this condo. With that being said, I contacted Vacasa immediately. I did not get a response until our trip was almost over. A local supervisor did compensate us for the state of the condo. He was very nice and helpful. Please make sure things have been repaired and cleaned before booking this unit.

Great stay

I loved sitting out on deck, listen to waves (until the workers showed up. Loved riding bike on beach every morning. Didn’t like pool not heated. Location excellent to many great restaurants. Fourth visit and liked this place best and was cheapest.

Great location and stay

The complex is very nice and the unit was fine for our stay. It’s probably time for them to update the furniture in the living room though and some of the popcorn ceiling is flaking off in the hall bath. Easy walk to Coligny Circle and surrounding places. Beach access is easy also.
