The condo was recently remodeled and extremely nice. The pool is very close and the general grounds are quiet, cleaned, and generally well maintained. The complex is connected directly to the beach.

Great stay!

The unit was extremely clean and well kept. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and boards available, as well as kitchen supplies etc. There were many activities for kids in the daytime. The property manager Mark was extremely professional and helpful and responds quickly for any questions you have.

This was a lovely condo. My only concern was the code to enter our room was posted on the box by the door for anyone to see. I did call the property manager with concern, and while he was kind on the phone, the issue was not resolved. I determined since I had text messages, if anyone accessed the condo and took anything, I could take the issue up with VRBO. I appreciate the properties on VRBO. Check in staff were awesome.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm sorry you were confused about ourelectronic door lock. The code was not posted anywhere on the outside of the unit. You would have received the door code in your check-in instructions. I think you were referring to the lockbox on the left of the door. That lock box is not used for entry into our unit. I'm sorry you didn't understand that. Of course we value our guests' safety and are very diligent to change the electronic door lock code after every guest, so there is no one who would know your code unless you give it to them during your stay. Thank you for staying with us. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed your time in our little corner of paradise.

We had an amazing time and loved this condo! It was clean, modern and perfectly stocked with things we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for the week. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and great. This condo is further away from the ocean (just a tiny bit of an ocean view) but everything was a close distance for walking. It was actually a perfect location for our family because it was right at the elevator (so we could bring our wagon up and down), and there was a walkway through to the other side of the building where the smaller pool was. Our only negative was that none of the pools were heated and it was a bit cool the first few days. The kids still went in but we all would have enjoyed heated pools a lot more. Or it would have been really nice if there was a hot tub to warm up in. But aside from that, the pools were lovely, the entire condo area was clean and nice to walk through. The pickle ball courts were nice and the playground was fun. The beach was especially lovely- perfect sand. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and everything went very smoothly!

Beautiful Location and Great Host

We recently stayed in Hilton Head and had a great experience overall. The property manager was fantastic—very responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was smooth, though the front desk initially had a bit of trouble locating our reservation. The amenities were excellent once we found them, but we didn't discover the main pool and beachside bar/restaurant until halfway through our trip; having a welcome binder or in-unit info guide would’ve been really helpful. The unit itself was comfortable and accommodating, but it could use a thorough deep cleaning—especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The comforters on the beds didn’t feel freshly laundered, and the extra blankets in the closet were sitting in laundry baskets and clearly had not been washed. There were also no cleaning supplies provided, so after a trip to Walmart, we ended up leaving the place cleaner than we found it. Still, a lovely stay in a beautiful location!

We go to HH 2-3 times per yr this was one of the nicest units we had stayed at but it had its issues:The parking pass was not ready when we stopped at the office.That took about 45min to get it resolved( big pain after a days travel) The unit had WiFi issues- they had given us a wrong password. Again just issues that you shouldnt worry about when you first get in the unit. And lastly the cleaning crew didnt do a great job cleaning up the place before we entered the unit. Sandy floors,stuff underneath the master bed and crumbs on and in the sofa bed. these are all issues that are preventable!

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your stay..I apologize for the internet issues. The resort changed internet providers recently which involved a complete exchange of not only equipment but also different account logins and passwords. They were not able to let us know the exact day of the transition ahead of time, so we were unaware that the changeover had happened just before your stay began. The fact that the transition happened after the unit was cleaned but before your stay probably contributed to the sand on the floor since the technicians were likely in and out of the unit multiple times during the installation.We sincerely make it our goal to give our guests the best experience possible and apologize for this inconvenience."
