Welcome to our beach “home away from home” – 708 Barrington Park in lovely Palmetto Dunes! Our villa is a one bedroom/one-and-a-half bath home designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, and as an option, one pet. Our villa is on the 2nd floor – the top floor in this unit with high ceilings, skylight, and no one above you. It has been extensively renovated, to include: a new electric flat-top stove and new microwave in the kitchen, new porcelain flooring throughout, a new master bathroom with walk-in shower, along with high-speed internet and entertainment including HBO Max. All TVs are set up for streaming, no cable.

The living area includes a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress and matching love seat, a 50” flat screen TV, and a desk nook for your computer with secure, 400MB wi-fi. A bar separates the living area from the fully equipped kitchen which adjoins a dining area with seating for 4. Both the living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings adding to the open floorplan. 4 sliders open out to the private, covered balcony which includes an outdoor dining area looking out on the lagoon which brings in loads of natural light along with the breezes and sounds of the ocean when the doors are opened, and is a peaceful place for a cup of early morning coffee.

Off the hallway leading to the bedroom is a large half-bath across from a stacked washer and dryer laundry room. The Master bedroom houses a king-sized bed, TV and a large walk-in closet. A completely renovated Master bath with walk-in shower completes the suite.

A keyless entry system is an added bonus so all can come and go without having to deal with a key. You will be sent your own private code before your arrival, so you won’t need to deal with a time-consuming check-in process.

You are steps away from the pool and hot tub (seasonally heated), covered gazebo, grilling/picnicking area, and private boardwalk to the beach. There are also miles of bike trails both inside and outside the complex, access to world-class golf courses, tennis and pickle ball centers, fine-dining, fishing excursions and much more available to customize your time on the island!
