Located between Seaside and Destin in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Margarita Sunrise is a four bedroom, three bath cottage that is part of a small neighborhood of only 75 cottage style homes called Old Florida Village. A community pool directly across a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 500 yards).
This Florida Cottage-style home features clapboard siding and a tin roof and four covered porches. Morning coffee and gentle sea breezes can be enjoyed in comfortable outdoor furniture off the private porches of each of the bedrooms or the living area. The cottage comfortably sleeps ten in one king, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, a full sized bed in the fourth bedroom and one queen sofa bed in the living area.

We are in walking distance to Gulf Place with great shops, outdoor dining at La Playa, Pizza by the Sea and enjoy Sunday night concerts on the green. Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby for an interesting golf challenge as well as gulf view dining. Eighteen miles of bike paths along the beach and coastal dune lakes makes exercise a fun and interesting event. The largest discount designer mall in the country is a 10 minute drive in Sandestin.
