Located walking distance to all the attractions of LoHi, this beautiful house boasts a chef's kitchen, a private theater and a private courtyard for you to enjoy with friends and family around the outdoor fire pit. Head up to the rooftop to enjoy outdoor dining, another seating area and an 8-person hot tub while you gaze at the Denver skyline.

From the custom finishes throughout the home to the fitness equipment including a Peloton, every detail has been carefully chosen to elevate your stay.

You'll sleep like royalty on the comfortable king-sized memory foam mattress. The downstairs bedroom offers modern and cozy decor with a private full bath, and the office/bedroom on the second floor provides a convertible queen-size convertible bed and it's own full bathroom.

Perfect Denver rental!

This house is not only stunning but also very homey. We enjoyed the theatre room for our annual Thanksgiving viewing of ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles and the hot tub was a hit during the first snow of the season. The neighborhood is charming with a coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Jordan was a delight to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. We can’t wait to return!
