This listing is for a Weekly rental located in the heart of Anna Maria Island at 305 61st St, Unit A, Holmes Beach, FL, 34217. IF YOU SEE THIS PROPERTY LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST .. IT IS A SCAM!!

When entering this unit you will find a large open Living room to the left. On your right, is the dining area, a fully equipped Kitchen, and Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

As you walk towards the back of the Unit, you will encounter a bathroom with a tub/shower on your left.

At the end of the hallway, you will find the Guest Bedroom on the Left and the Master Bedroom directly across from it on the Right.

There are TV's is the Living room and each of the Bedrooms.

The spacious Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Dresser, and Closet.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed. There is a private bath with a walk-in shower in the Master Bedroom. The sliding glass doors in the Master Bedroom exit out to a large private patio / pool area with lush tropical landscaping and a 6 foot privacy fence.

The heated pool has a large sun shelf that young children really enjoy.

Other patio amenities include a gas grill, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a shed that houses a variety of beach items such as wheeled beach cart, cooler, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.

The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are a 5 minute walk away. Several restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.

The "free" Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is at the end of the street as well.

Boating, Dolphin Watching, Sunset Cruises, Fishing excursions can be booked at the nearby Keyes Marina or in Bradenton Beach.

Several businesses rent Kayaks, Canoes, Bikes, Golf Carts, Segway's, Cribs, Strollers, etc.

Family outings off the island include Mote Marine Laboratory, Suncoast Bird Sanctuary, Marie Selby Gardens, Ringling Brothers Museum, miniature golf, and lots more!

Sports enthusiast can watch major league sports teams located nearby in Bradenton, St Petersburg, and Tampa.

And most importantly!! DO NOT miss the nightly sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. They are breath taking!!

I loved this house. It was a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach towels and towels, not as many washcloths. It’s great having a washer and a dryer to use during the week. The storage room had plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The pool was nice and private.

This was probably the nicest rental I have stayed in. Everything was immaculate and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and had everything that made hanging out fun. We could not have asked for anything else.

PERFECT! Everything about our stay was perfect! The house had everything we needed. And it was SPOTLESS. Communication with the owner could not have been easier. We loved the pool and even the cute little lizards :) We were a few blocks from the ocean and places to eat! This was our 2nd time visiting the island and our first time staying here...definitely not our last! We are already planning our return. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful beach home! Again, it was perfect!

Perfect place

This was a lovely place for our family to stay for a week. The pool is saltwater — a huge bonus! All brand-new and sparkling inside. Very responsive, fantastic host.

Amazing

Property was perfect! The pool was wonderful, loved the layout of the house, super clean and kitchen has all of the essentials. The location was right in the middle of everything, numerous beach access points & near all restaurants. The house came with a beach wagon which was amazing & super helpful carrying all our beach essentials! Would HIGHLY recommend Jackie and her location! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Very clean and confortable

Exactly as described and Jackie was very flexible, and event accommodates an early check-in once the cleaning was done. Everything was working and would stay again at this house.

Pristine Property

Would rate 12/10 if we could after the best week’s stay. Centrally located on the island. This home was pristine and perfect for our family of three. It’s a peaceful vacation with the private pool and only an 8 minute walk to the beach. They provide beach towels, beach chairs and a wagon which makes a day at the beach perfect. House has everything we needed for cooking with pans and a great grill! We highly recommend renting bikes for the beach to get around for fun. Makes getting to beach even quicker for the sunset. Grocery shopping on the island Publix was surprisingly affordable.Truly an amazing property.

Beautiful trip

Everything was perfect. The pool was amazing and we spent a good portion of the week just relaxing out there. Beach was a very walkable distance and we had some gorgeous beach days and sunsets. Jackie was very sweet and communicative. We had everything we needed. The interior of the home was immaculate. Can’t wait to return to AMI

WONDERFUL STAY

Everything was just as we wanted it. One level. Close to everything. The pool was great with plenty of sunshine. Quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe on the island. People on the island are nice and friendly. Our communication with our host was always addressed quickly as we were the first guests there after the hurricane. I cannot think of anything needed. I would definitely recommend a stay for 2 to 4 people. One could not ask for a better host. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Just Beachy!

The property is as advertised and is roomier and much nicer in person than the pictures show. Decorated in a beach theme you feal relaxed the minute you walk in! The property is very clean from the entry all the way thru to the back yard and very private pool area. It's nicely equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. You're just a block and short 5-minute walk to the beach. We never missed a sunset! Lastly, Jackie is an awesome host and very responsive if needed. We look forward to returning and staying at this property.

Great Location with Private Pool

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was exactly as described. Toys for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were provided. The walk to the beach with small kids is about 7-10 minutes. My son did not enjoy that, especially on the way back from the beach when he was hot and tired. But that is a personal preference. The private pool is very nice. There is an outdoor shower to clean off with before swimming. The house still uses a key and not a touchpad. I was worried about losing a key at the beach but realized we could always keep it in the lock pad and not worry about taking it with us. I knocked a few stars off for cleanliness because the bedsheets in the larger room had two stains. I wasn’t sure if they were clean. And the washer was full of mildew around the rubber seal. This happens with front-loading washing machines; you need to leave the door open (which there is a sign asking people to do, but it doesn’t happen). The rubber seal was caked with mildew, and the machine smelled moldy which I felt like our clothes weren’t being cleaned with mildew in there. It looked like it had never been cleaned, and smelled it as well. The cleaners should try to clean it out after each tenant to the best of their ability to prevent this from happening or switch to a top loader. Minus the washing machine being mildewy, everything else was great. The owner was friendly and responded to all messages sent.
