This listing is for a Weekly rental located in the heart of Anna Maria Island at 305 61st St, Unit A, Holmes Beach, FL, 34217. IF YOU SEE THIS PROPERTY LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST .. IT IS A SCAM!!

When entering this unit you will find a large open Living room to the left. On your right, is the dining area, a fully equipped Kitchen, and Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

As you walk towards the back of the Unit, you will encounter a bathroom with a tub/shower on your left.

At the end of the hallway, you will find the Guest Bedroom on the Left and the Master Bedroom directly across from it on the Right.

There are TV's is the Living room and each of the Bedrooms.

The spacious Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Dresser, and Closet.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed. There is a private bath with a walk-in shower in the Master Bedroom. The sliding glass doors in the Master Bedroom exit out to a large private patio / pool area with lush tropical landscaping and a 6 foot privacy fence.

The heated pool has a large sun shelf that young children really enjoy.

Other patio amenities include a gas grill, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a shed that houses a variety of beach items such as wheeled beach cart, cooler, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.

The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are a 5 minute walk away. Several restaurants and shops are also within walking distance.

The "free" Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is at the end of the street as well.

Boating, Dolphin Watching, Sunset Cruises, Fishing excursions can be booked at the nearby Keyes Marina or in Bradenton Beach.

Several businesses rent Kayaks, Canoes, Bikes, Golf Carts, Segway's, Cribs, Strollers, etc.

Family outings off the island include Mote Marine Laboratory, Suncoast Bird Sanctuary, Marie Selby Gardens, Ringling Brothers Museum, miniature golf, and lots more!

Sports enthusiast can watch major league sports teams located nearby in Bradenton, St Petersburg, and Tampa.

And most importantly!! DO NOT miss the nightly sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. They are breath taking!!

We had an amazing time at Jackie's place. My husband and two kids (4 and 2) stayed and loved our first visit to AMI. The pool and beach were the big highlights of the week - beach was beautiful and an easy 7-10 min walk, pool was warm and the steps made it easy for my 2 year old to play in. Only drawback if I had to find one is that the house comes with minimal extra supplies (had to buy shampoo, detergent, sandwich bags/aluminum foil). What was awesome was the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, towels etc that were provided so that more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless and very welcoming and cheerful. All newly renovated. All new appliances including washer and dryer. Very comfortable bed. Backyard and pool delightful. Love the garden area that offered privacy from neighbors. Pool was the perfect temp. Great location on quiet block just a couple blocks from beach access.

Great for birders. Royal terns, Great Blue Herons, Oyster Catchers etc…

I loved this house. It was a great location. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of beach towels and towels, not as many washcloths. It’s great having a washer and a dryer to use during the week. The storage room had plenty of beach chairs and supplies. The pool was nice and private.

This was probably the nicest rental I have stayed in. Everything was immaculate and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and had everything that made hanging out fun. We could not have asked for anything else.

Perfect place

This was a lovely place for our family to stay for a week. The pool is saltwater — a huge bonus! All brand-new and sparkling inside. Very responsive, fantastic host.

Fantastic home close to restaurant’s with lovely pool

Relaxing family holiday in super property, as described and close to all you need on the island. Good communication with Jackie and would definitely return for another stay.
