Enjoy winter in Bridgton! Just minutes from Pleasant Mountain, this Knights Hill rental puts you right in the heart of all the winter fun. As the snow falls, spend your days skiing at Pleasant Mt., ice fishing or skating on Moose Pond, and exploring downtown Bridgton—only 10 minutes away for dining and shopping. Prefer a little outlet shopping or big-mountain fun? North Conway is just 30 minutes down the road.

This stunning property features three spacious bedrooms and two baths, ensuring ample comfort for your stay. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, and an en suite bathroom equipped with convenient laundry facilities. The open concept living area is highlighted by a cozy wood stove, perfect for chilly evenings indoors. A fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is a delightful bunk room designed with children in mind. Step into the screened-in entryway, an ideal spot for unwinding with a good book, spending quality time with family or friends. Knights Hill is a four-season resort community on Moose Pond in Bridgton, an hour drive from Portland, 30 minutes to North Conway, New Hampshire. Only 6 min walk to the association beach, and less than a mile away from the pool. Knights Hill association of 278 private landowners, Moose Pond is among the regions, highest rated lakes. We are located within walking distance of Moose Pond Rental, a short drive to Pleasant Mountain, and a few miles to downtown Bridgton. This is a quaint community, and Good Neighbor Policy is in effect. Bridgton town and Maine state laws are in effect within the community. Community roads are town roads with a maximum speed limit of 25 mph. Tent dwellings are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Bridgton ‘s leash laws apply within Knight Hill.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Knights Hill Home and all went well other than the weather. Great location, very peaceful, quiet stay. Home is cozy and the wood burning stove worked flawlessly.The nearby pond is beautiful and the drive to Bridgton is only a few minutes.Chris & Nadine were very responsive....

Perfect for family getaway

We had an amazing time and the house was great. It was the perfect set up for two families with young kids (kids loved the bunk bed room!) and very easy to get to pleasant mountain for skiing. Wood stove made it extra cozy. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer - we would absolutely book this house again!

Great house, lousy weather.

I rented this for my daughter and her kids, ages 8 and 12, for post Christmas ski week. Though the weather was horrendous (rain, fog, rain, more fog) and the main chairlift at Pleasant was broken the entire week, they loved the house and made the best of a bad situation. No complaints.

Lovely cottage 7-minute walk from shared beach on Moose Pond.

This cottage was immaculately clean when we arrived, and has all the comforts of home. It is charming. The beds are comfortable. There were only two drawbacks. There is no bbq and the yard was very wet and swishy when we were there, so not a place to hang out. The price is fair. The community pool is about a mile from the cottage and has a parking lot.

Repeat performance

This was our second rental of this property, which is in a great location for getting to other sites and attractions. The site itself is on a lake and it also has a swimming pool. The house is quiet and the owners are very responsive if there is an issue that needs tending..

Great get away place very roomy and comfortable for 6 adults. The bunk beds were a little small .

Great Place

The property was well-furnished and the owners left ample instructions to work items such as the TV. The house was well supplied with the necessary items as well. It's near the water, and there is a nice swimming pool. We would be happy to stay there again. Kudos to the owners.

Family gathering at the lake

This property was terrific for Our group of 6. Easily can have eight. Beds were comfy and clean kitchen was well equipped and most appreciative for the basics in the cupboards for preparing meals. All appliances worked well. Great parking for our two cars as well as friends visited fora couple is day and stayed in their camper. It’s a very short walk to the public beach which is clean and well placed and equipped with a great volleyball net ball included, as well as beach chairs and picnic tables. Plenty of shade if you need it. All in all a great week really enjoyed seeing a different lake this time I would highly recommend anyone renting from Yasmin and Chris. They were really easy to communicate with and left no questions unanswered.

Perfect location for our winter ski getaway

The property was in a great location for our ski vacation. It was clean, easy to access and spacious for our family. It was a new to VRBO listing and where we had feedback during the stay the owner very timely and appropriately responded. We’d stay again!

We are a multicultural family with a very diverse background experienced in small business entertainment and services. We are recent empty nesters watching our four young adult children adapt to life on their own. We love everything about Maine and especially Bridgton and Moose Pond. Our family roots go all the way back to the tree clearing which occurred circa the 1930s on the original ski slopes located on the north side of Pleasant Mountain (Shawnee Peak). We want to share a connection with our guests to the community and rich history we endear so much.

This property is a cozy four season dream. Enjoy Sking day and night at Shawnee Peek Mtn., Fishing, Trail-heads for Hiking, Boating, Snowshoeing, X-Country Skiing, Snowmobiling and enjoy our easy access and private walk to the beach, volleyball, tennis, basketball and swimming pool.
