Private yet walking distance to downtown

This beautiful cabin has 3 large bedrooms with smart TV'S and 2 baths that can sleep up to 8 people comfortably with the queen size sleeper sofa in the loft. This cabin offers plenty of privacy yet is still just a quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and the free trolley stop. Enjoy the sounds from the creek behind the cabin while relaxing in the newly installed 4 seat hot tub. Please message with any questions you might have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED*...subject to fine and must vacate immediately. All emails or questions will be responded to the following day if received after 4pm.

Mountains Trip 2024

I was great. Location is what drew us in because I have spinal problems and can not walk long distances. Everything was clean and just as advertised. Will be staying here on our next visit.

Girl’s Trip

Super clean place! (Like seriously, it felt like no one else had ever stayed there!) Kitchen had everything we needed. Close enough to walk downtown. Spacious but cozy cabin. Plenty of parking (Gone fishing). Very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Door knob/lock/entrance is tricky, be ready!

Cute cabin

This is cute cabin that is very close to town. We drove into town and parked and walked around. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. We did see a bear across the street in the mornings. Overall it was nice place.

Exactly as listed but better!

Rental was exactly as listed in the description. There is a trolly stop steps from the rental which made it easy to go to and from the strip. Very clean and welcoming environment. Peaceful at night and lovely creek behind the rental that really set the scene. Highly recommend for future stays!

Nice Cabin

We all liked the cabin, it was clean and roomy. Our only complaints are: the beds were very hard and it was difficult to get comfortable. All 3 were like stone. Also it says within walking distance but it is straight up a hill if you walk back, so we paid for parking near the strip.

Great Little Birthday Getaway

Took my family and some of my sons friends for a weekend of snowboarding. We were looking for a cabin that was close enough to downtown and a quick drive to Over and this place was perfect. Very clean and spacious. The hot tub was very needed after a day on the slopes. Communication was great. Highly recommend this cabin.

Bear sightings

Our teenage boys loved sitting on the porch watching the groundhogs, coyotes and bears. I loved the rolling brook out back Relaxing sounds to fall asleep to.

Perfect Little Gem

The property was everything to be expected. Very Clean, comfy and very close to all of the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. It was walking distance but we opted not to because the cabin is up the hill a little ways. Check in was super easy. Will definitely book again!

Very nice stay

This is a very nice and very spacious cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg and close to the park entrance. The only hiccup we had is that the cabin had not been cleaned when we arrived. I was able to contact the property office and they had cleaners there within minutes and refunded the cleaning fee, which was appreciated. The only suggestion I have is to do a “deep” clean of the higher walls as I noticed some cob webs on the higher, hard to reach places. That said, I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cabin feel, but close to downtown.Thank you for a nice weekend get away!

Amazing cozy cabin

The cabin was very cozy and clean. It was stocked with cooking supplies, towels, soaps, dishwashing and washing machine soap. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. All the bedrooms have their own tvs and the internet access was fast. We used the pool pass to enjoy 1 of 3 of the offsite pools. They are a 7-10 minute drive from the cabin. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this cabin.

Gatlinburg

Loved the no contact check-in/out. Property is a bit far to walk to town with kids. Walked in to check out the cabin and found a large mouth print on the mirror over the bathtub with jets. Downstairs bathroom had scratches on the inside of the door like someone had locked up a pet. We found water bottles and candy under one of the beds and a bottle of Tito’s Handmade vodka under another. I emailed and the response was sent the next day requesting I stop by the office and they would see what they could do to make it up to me. Had I not sunk so much money into this rental with no guarantee that it would be returned, we would not have stayed here at all. Since it was a short trip, I did not fully have access to check email until after I returned home. I then responded that they could feel free to reimburse part of our trip. Of course, no reply on that. So, if you like vodka, don’t mind sleeping in someone else’s filth, and like taking painfully long walks to get to town, this is the perfect choice for you! I would also like to add that I have used VRBO and HomeAway for years and never had to leave any negative comments.

Beautiful cabin

Check in was easy, cabin was exceptionally clean and well stocked (clean towels, toilet paper, etc). Great location. We were able to walk to downtown and avoid traffic/ parking fees. We will definitely stay again.
