Welcome to our family condo in the heart of The Great Smokie Mountains!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do. While we are on top of the mountain, we are only a couple miles from Gatlinburg / a quick drive to all the fun things it has to offer - Anakeesta, Ober Mtn, Ripley's Museum & 8 miles from Pigeon Forge and all it offers, like Dollywood! Plenty of outdoor activities as well like Fishing, Hiking, Golf, and more!

First and foremost, I want to thank the host Wes for his hospitality and warm welcoming. When we arrived from south Texas in our 20 hour trip we had a little issue. Reached out to Wes and he immediately responded and made it right that alone had me sold, his quick reaction to attend the issue shows concern and care. The place is great up in the mountains nice maze to get up their while enjoying the view made the experience worth it. Everything you need to is there and my family of 7 and I slept comfortably for 5 days highly recommended and will definitely return again.

Lovely condo located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge--It made it so easy to visit different areas! The condo has plenty of sleeping space, is very clean, and in a quiet area. We didn't see any bears at the address, but I saw a mom and 2 cubs less than a mile away as I drove down the mountain. Wonderful couple to work with, too! We all loved it!

Property was spacious & clean. Plenty of beds for the family. Quiet, friendly community. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub (basically had it to ourselves most days). Beautiful Mountain View. Short drive to downtown Gatlinburg! Would recommend to any family looking to relax & enjoy the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

Family getaway

Wes, was a great host! He was very attentive and quick to respond. His property was great. It’s located up in the mountains about a 15 minute ride to downtown Gatlinburg, which was great for our group. We utilize the hot tub and pool a ton as well.

Great place! Clean. Had everything we needed. Host was very nice. Nothing negative to say. Loved the layout of the condo. My daughter loved the screened in patio. Would definitely stay here again.

The floors were pretty dirty we had black bottom feet from walking on them . Carpeting needs a good steam clean. Linens need replaced. A little tender loving care and this place would be fine. Cigarette smell when we first arrived. Construction ongoing while we were there. Building is actually falling apart in back. Swimming pool doesn’t meet the Tennessee Health Department standards according to sign at pool. Just disappointed that the reviews were claiming something other than what we experienced. The area was quiet and close to town. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest. The potential is there.

Bear Encounters

Condo was a little aged as owner states but clean and very enjoyable. We had a bear come down to check out what we were grilling outside and then walk right past our window. It was exciting. Some condos are permanent residents and added charm to the stay. Pool area was nice and kids loved it. I really enjoyed that we were away from the bustle of the touristy areas. Owner was quick to communicate and answer any questions.
