To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Unit T2 is a cozy townhouse located in the Portside Resort located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Portside Resort is directly across from the Gulf. Bring your furry friends with you! (2 Dogs allowed.) This unit is nicely decorated and perfect for an affordable family getaway. Relax on the patio with a view of the lush landscaping and palm trees. Parking is conveniently located in front of each townhome.

Resort Amenities: 3 pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a fitness center.

We also rent the following properties in Portside

PET FRIENDLY - 2 DOGS MAX
Please be advised: the only area of beach where pets are allowed on the sand is the Dog Beach at Pier Park - approximately 3 miles from the property

Great family getaway at T2

So nice to get away and be able to take the dogs too! The beach was close because we were able to park right by the main office and just cross the street. After beach time, we sprayed off when we crossed the street from the pools and had more water fun! The townhouse was a perfect size for our family of five and 2 dogs! :)

Absolutely Amazing stay recommended 100%

Very easy process and the rental agency was so nice and this was the only place I could bring my pet and the breed he was which is a pit bull. I highly recommend this place I love it and will definitely be back

Wonderful property

My family and I were extremely satisfied with this property. The pools were not far from our property and the beach was just a short walk. The property was very clean and welcoming. The only issue we had were visitors parking in our designated parking place; however, this was resolved by security. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway!

We had a great time! Very friendly neighbors. They bought us a cake to enjoy on our last night. We brought our dog and would recommend this Property if you do have a pet. Property management very quick to respond to our needs. Great vacation getaway

Portside T2 , we really enjoyed our stay here it had everything and more than expected. Three pools and a hot-tub. It was only a short walk to beach which we loved. Friendly staff and very well maintained. We really enjoyed being able to bring my son's service dog.Hope to return soon. Thanks, Hillis Family

Where you need to be.

Overall we had a great stay @ T2 Portside Resort. The ability to park close to the pools and walk to the beach was great. Or its a short 7 min walk until toes in the sand from the condo. Beach access is right across the street from the resort. Easy transtion from beach to pool, or back and forth if you have kids. I would recommend T2 for sure.

Making memories

The location was great..The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking anything I wanted..The beds were comfortable. The upstairs balcony off the master was a wonderful treat. Restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, etc were all close to my location and easy to find.. The pools were wonderful and beautiful. The beach was just across the street from the Portside entrance which made coming and going so convenient. I traveled with my husband, my 17yr old son his girlfriend, my 6 yr old son, and the family dog. There was so much to do for everyone. The place was perfect size for our family. I am so thankful for all the beautiful memories made here. I would return to portside, honestly hate to leave..

Great and convenient! Perfect for us.

Loved the location! It was clean and had all the amenities needed. Close to everything. Loved the pools and beach. Having washer and dryer was great as I did not want to go to a laundromat. Smart TVs and Netflix available. Neighbors were very friendly. Would stay again!

Nice and convenient

The place was nice and very convenient to the beach, just a quick walk across the street. There were a few minor blemishes with the condo, and the pull out bed was broken but we are flexible and made it work. Overall we had a fine time and would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

The property was exactly what we needed and expected. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that it wasn't beach front, but I already knew that ahead of time so it's nothing against this listing. It's just my own personal preference. But I needed somewhere pet friendly, and this listing was perfect for that. It has everything you need, and more. We especially loved all the extra towels and washcloths, and all of the different kitchen gadgets and utensils. We cooked almost every night, and had everything we needed and then some! The only thing I can think of that was a bit bothersome was that the master bedroom always seemed to be a little bit warmer than the rest of the house. But I think that is probably because of the big glass wall and door that lead to the upstairs patio. It wasn't unbearable or anything. Just something we noticed. Other than that, we had a great time! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stay for work

Overall, this was a nice day. Everything that was listed and promised was delivered. The area and neighbors were great. The neighbors to this area were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a very short walk to the beach, and my wife and I enjoyed walking on the beach after work every day. We would definitely visit this area again.
