Location, Location, Location! This condo is perfectly located on the West End of Panama City Beach. The condo is oceanfront and a stone's throw away from Pier Park. Imagine waking up every morning and walking out your door to the beautiful beaches and white sand of PCB.

Another awesome feature is the beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax, and enjoy the amazing view of the ocean and sunshine. After a day at the beach, you can walk across the street to Shuck'ems Oyster Bar and Grill or walk to the many other fabulous restaurants.

Other amenities include a pool, a hot tub, 3 BBQ grills, and a volleyball net which are located on the condo premises. This condo is also equipped with a full kitchen, one bath, one king bed, one queen bed, and a sofa. One bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and a loft upstairs with a king bed. The condo is located on the top floor, which gives you the additional loft area to bring more of your family and friends. There is not an elevator available, but only has 3 easy sets of stairs to the unit. A laundry room is also available, but not in the condo. The condo is a non-smoking unit and dogs are not allowed in the condo but no cats please. Sorry; no elevator but only two stories up.

Free Parking - There is only one parking spot per stay. Your parking pass will be in the condo upon arrival. Make sure to have your pass visible in your car at all times.

A non-refundable pet deposit of $100 is required for each stay. Also, for anyone who is under 25 y/o, we will require an additional deposit as well ($100). This is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or excessive wear and tear.
