Enjoy our sparkling clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, large balcony with gorgeous gulf and pool view. Take in the sound of the waves as you relax in 1,100 square feet with large living space, dining area, reading nook, full-sized washer/dryer, walking distance to restaurants/shopping and an optional margarita machine! Beach towels and chairs...and much more. Access to all amenities including 2 pools (one heated), a hot tub, fitness center and Babe's beach is directly across Seawall Blvd.

The space
Guest is renting the condominium that sleeps 8 with access to 2 pools (one heated), a hot tub, workout facility, charcoal grills, picnic tables, Wi-Fi and more. Primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom includes full/twin bunk bed and a twin trundle. Queen-size sleeper sofa completes 8-person capacity. Linens and beach towels, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, two coffee makers (one Keurig), toaster, washer/dryer and more! It includes starter kits of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, cleaning materials, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap and dishwasher pods. Guests have the option of renting our margarita machine for extra charge of $75 for the entire stay (we can provide a margarita recipe). You and your guests can spread out in this roomy condo with televisions in the living space and bedrooms and tons of reading materials and games for fun family nights. Guests are required to pay a one time resort/parking fee of $35 per car, (plus tax) per stay, directly to the condominium office at check in. Guests are provided individual codes for the front door, however other codes (fitness center, exterior gates, etc.) are issued by the front office. There is also a one time flat-rate cleaning fee of $110.

Walmart is less than a block away and a Kroger grocery store is within a mile. Also, lots of eating options nearby. Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, public beaches, Schlitterbahn water park, Galveston cruise terminal, the historic downtown Strand and other family-friendly fun spots are just minutes away.

Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Condo was everything it was promised to be. Pools were great with easy access to the beach and a Walmart. The only slight draw back was the bedroom windows could use curtains to help block the outside lights at night and in the morning. If you like it dark when sleeping bring a sleep mask.

Great location, needs a deep clean

This property is in a great location! The beech is right across the street and there's a Walmart next door for any last minute needs. The beds were comfortable. The property needs a good deep clean as there were inches of dust covering many many decorations and the window ledges were dirty and had dead bugs on them. The property also had an ant infestation that ultimately had us cutting our stay a night short. I understand these things happen and I feel like if an exterminator went in and took care of the problem and the property got a good clean this would be a good place to stay.

Our last minute booking resulted in a hidden gem. Seamless and professional reservation. Exquisite views from the condo, which is tastefully decorated. The grounds were exquisite and well maintained. I really appreciated the bar height table and chairs on the balcony, allowing for an expansive view of the pool and the waves at the beach instead of the banister. The property was exactly as described, but with so much attention to detail. I will highly recommend this to friends, family and VRBO’rs. It was a well deserved vacation, and great thanks to the owners for their hospitality. We really hated to leave!

Great Location

The condo was great for our adult family of 6, had perfect views and location with pool area off the balcony and ocean just a short walk across Seawall Blvd. A new coffee pot should be on top of the list of priorities for upgrades and better check-in instructions for condo access and parking pass. We had the door code, but got there and then were not sure how to get into gate or where the front office was located. Figured it out, but took some time and circles. We would definitely stay again.

Comforts of home

This condo was beautiful and comfortable, the location was perfect so close to the beach and a pool literally right down the stairs. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need and the amount of pool/ beach towels is unseen anywhere else we have stayed. Definitely plan on coming back!

Excellent Condo

Owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. They left a nice welcome gift of snacks for us. Location was close to the pool which was nice. We would certainly stay here again.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the owners are very responsive if you have any questions. It has everything you need for a family vacation and the views from the balcony are breathtaking! You can also see the pool which is nice for those with kids. We will absolutely be returning to this gorgeous, spacious condo!

Great place for a family stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. I loved the ease of no key entry, one less thing to carry around! The washer and dryer was used quite a bit so very convenient. There is only one hot tub instead of 2 that is listed in the listing. The heated pool is only heated to 80 so still a bit chilly but better than the unheated pool. Really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and kids life jackets. The owners were always very responsive to all my questions. The exterior of the property was in need of some cleaning and repair. On our last few days we were they they started doing some landscaping and work on the exterior of some of the units so hopefully it will be improved soon. Their were a couple small maintenance items to tend to inside the condo but nothing that couldn’t be worked around.

Wonderful Stay

We loved it. It was just steps from the beach and there were two pools avalibale, one right outside the unit, so the boys could swim down there while I was busy with dinner. The kitchen was well stocked so I didn't need to bring any extra knives/pans/dishes from home. The owners are very responsive to messages and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before we arrived. We had a great time and would definately recommend it to others.
