We’re sorry to hear this guest felt dissatisfied with their stay. The hot tub issue was reported during a major holiday period, and we took immediate steps to address it despite service providers being unavailable at that time. Concerns regarding public areas or interactions with permanent residents were not communicated through the VRBO messaging platform during the stay, which limited our ability to address them in real time. We have hosted guests at this property for over five years without similar issues. The property and common areas are professionally maintained and cleaned daily with the exceptions of public holidays when business are closed. We are on the beach and heavy winds are almost daily especially during winter season and cold fronts push through. We stand firm and remain committed to providing a safe, well-maintained, and positive experience for our guests.

We had a really wonderful stay here! We walked to the beach, rode the trolley many times and enjoyed the pool. We had everything we needed and then some. We especially enjoyed the wonderful assortment of beach gear! The very best part was Catalina! She welcomed us so kindly and offered a variety of drinks and snacks. she made arrangements for us to check in early and she went and bought a crib for the VRBO when we needed one. she really did go above and beyond. we bothered her so many times during our stay and she was always so gracious and incredibly helpful. we loved her so much!!! thanks for a great stay!!

Perfect for a relaxing trip with friends

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was well maintained and decorated perfectly. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. The location was great and walking distance to the beach, pool, restaurants and other locations. The residents were so welcoming and even invited us to join thier crab boil! We had a great trip and would be delighted to stay here again.

Perfect location and cozy stay!!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying here with our toddler. Was super quiet, loved the pool area and loved the proximity to everything. Had concerns about location prior to our stay but it was fantastic!!

Seaside Village is a small complex in the best location. Not only are you within walking distance to the beach, your favorite restaurants and shopping... but you can enjoy a front row seat to events like 4th of July Fireworks and Mardi Gras.

This VRBO has been here for some time. We as new owners of the complex purchased in November 2020 recently took over. We have done a ton of updates to the community as well as the interior of our VRBO. Our fabulous new pool was just remodeled and all new pool furniture.

As an independent owner/operator we take pride in our communities and rentals whether it be short term or long term. Communication is key and we want all our guests to have a wonderful experience.
