Welcome to A SHORE THING at Laketown Wharf 1904!

OCEAN VIEW - Located on the 19th floor of Laketown Wharf, this spacious condo (1,047 sq ft) has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. The bedroom has a king size bed while the bunk nook has a twin over twin size bunk bed. You`re sure to enjoy the stunning ocean views from the bedroom and the large balcony, plus the beach itself is only a 5min walk from the Resort (directly across the street).

There are great restaurants in all directions, including multiple on Laketown`s premises!

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of Lakefront Boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

4 Star Good Stay

I usually always stay at Laketown Wharf. The place was great. I will say that parking is a huge issue. I paid to park in the south parking and but there was never any parking. I tried contacting company but they wont return my calls. I believe parking is separate from the unit but i didnt love that I had to pay for parking when nothing was available. The view is great from the room. I would recommend getting new shower curtains and rod. you need to get the ones that curve out because the whole time i was holding the shower curtain back from sticking onto my body in the shower. All in all I would stay again.

Home away from Home

We loved our condo, the kids wanted to move there. It's decorated nicely, has all your kitchen needs and the crumbs under the couch cushions for a quick snack. It was like catching a taxi while waiting on the elevators at times. Over all we loved it there and the ice cream shop was the best!!

Definitely was a shore thing.

Condo just as described. Beautiful view of the Gulf! Plenty of onsite amenties. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Condo was clean, well appointed, having everything we needed.

Overall Pleasant

Very nice room with gorgeous views all around! Lots to do and a very secure safe place to stay with nice people ! The food under the hotel was A little pricey but so delicious! Did not like the wait time on elevators and lack of communication on certain things that could have been better explained and easier for us during our stay ! The gate code to the beach access wasn’t working so we notified front desk but it’s not good for the amount of stuff ,plus lifting wagon down stairs! We found a different route with no stairs and it was allot better ! Overall, the stay was pleasant and would stay there again !

PCB Family Trip

Everything was wonderful, but there was only 1 working elevator on the South Side. We would have to wait 20 plus minutes to get up and down every time we left. With young children it got stressful at times. We would stay there again but would check first on maintenance before we booked again.

Unit was beautiful and up to date. Beautiful views from the balcony. Alot bigger in person than pictures poetry, if we'd had all 6 allowed there would have been plenty of room. had everything we needed. The resort was great as well, lots of food options and amenities.

Beautiful room and view

The room and view was absolutely beautiful! The whole place is awesome!! The only problem we had and I heard so many others complain about is the elevators. There's way to many people for the amount of elevators! Overall we had a great time!!!

3 Star Good Stay

The home was very beautiful and we had a nice view of the ocean. There was plenty of space. The only down side was the elevator. It was not working a lot of the times and we had even got stuck in it once. Climbing up and down 19 flights of steps wasn't fun. Also the hot tubs could have been cleaned better. It looked like the jets weren't cleaned well. Also the steps could have been better taken care of, there was a lot of rust and people had thrown trash, sheets, toilet paper, etc. all over the place. It was nice having everything in such close proximity though.

FANTASTIC!!!

The condo was FANTASTIC!!! Roomy, very comfortable beds, & super clean!! We were in PCB for a sports tournament, so we were on the go a lot. This condo was SO NICE, and had everything we needed. It made our stay SO PLEASANT. The only thing I think guests should be aware of is that there are some excessive wait times to catch the elevator during peak hours.

Clean place

The condo was perfectly cleaned almost looked like no one has stayed there before. The only issue we had during our stay was the wifi. It was only an unsecured wifi available and our work computers don’t allow you to connect to it due to risk of viruses. The person who was sent to fix it never did and we never heard anything after reaching out to the host to get access to the secured one.

Great place

The place was very nice and clean! Me, my husband, and our 3 boys enjoyed it! The only downfall is the elevator situation, it can sometimes take awhile to get up to the 19th floor. But the views were great and we loved the place itself! Owner was always very quick to answer my questions!

Awesome Family Vaca

We had such a good time! The location was perfect! The only downfall was the elevators....I've never waited so long on an elevator and once the elevator came there was no air conditioning inside. Would stay at this location again but not with kids. The condo was amazing.

Great Getaway

Only one problem with the actual room, the pullout couch bed would not hold an adult may of been user error. Not necessarily a problem but more of inconvenience the distance you have to walk to the parking garage. That is not the owners fault however it was a long walk. Scott was very prompt and very clear in instructions. The condo was as advertised. Overall was a very comfortable stay.

Good stay

The Unit we rented was great, and the manager of the unit was very responsive however, the building condition did not match the unit’s. One of our three nights there the elevators were shut off and we had to walk up to the 19th floor, not fun. The building may have been over crowded by hurricane Ida as the elevators took forever to come to your floor. The unit was great and we loved it however, the master bath shower did not drain properly so we had to shower with soap water up to our knees. I also did not appreciate the ‘be out by 10am or a $50 per every 15 minute after that charge” comment in the instructions. We had fun and it worked but I would not book it again. Also, the building had a lot of guests that were there having too much fun and made for uncomfortable elevator rides with drunk people or people still drinking while riding elevators to their units. Scott was great and this should not reflect on him, but as mentioned above; I would chose a different unit on a safer building next time. Gus

Great Stay, Beautiful View

Definitely need to check your email after booking and confirm your booking or you will have the potential of losing it even after booking on VRBO. Scott was great to work with. The condo was pretty clean. The view was beautiful. The beach access was easier than we thought. And the pools were the icing on the cake. Definitely planning to come back. The elevators were busy, but there is a set closer to the condo that's not as busy. Just park on the 3rd floor and walk down to the other set of elevators. 😉

Beautiful

Property was beautiful. However, the elevators were a struggle as there are very few for the amount of people. Average wait time 15 mins. No a/c in them. and we were the farthest away from the evelvator

My Fiancé and I own a vacation rental cleaning and maintenance company and service 1600+ vacation rental units on the beach in Panama City Beach, Fl and have been for the last 20 years. Over the years many of the owners we worked with asked us if we would ever consider managing their units as Property Managers and so in the summer of 2021 we bought 2 beach units, gutted them, completely remodeled them and put them up for vacation rental in December of 2021. We also took some advice of some of our owners and we are now managing their properties as of January 2022. While we are new to the rental sites, we have over 20 years of experience managing vacation rentals, guests and owners.
So as we start our 2022 we are excited to have you spend your family vacations in the homes and condo's that we represent here in PCB, FL.
