I look forward to welcoming Rosa and her family & friends back at my beach house. Rosa and her group of friends were great guests! They had a fabulous time enjoying the property and its amenities as its fullest. Rosa will be returning again and I am happy to have made another repeat guest :)

Nick and his group were great guests that I would absolutely welcome back anytime! They treated my home like their own. The house has the perfect set up for them, private yet spacious to enjoy. My living room area was ideal for their sports games to be watched with the ocean & beach as their background. Each room is equipped with top-of-the-line mattresses for comfort which I know Nick was very pleased with. It was an all around great stay and I'm looking forward for their return!

Yay! So very happy you enjoyed yourself :) Summers in my oceanfront home are but a dream! Glad you all had ample space as that was my idea when building it, large enough for families to enjoy :) You were such a great family to host and I definitely look forward to having you back!

We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and that the home was exactly as described. Our property is all about offering a peaceful setting with plenty of space for small & larger groups to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the surroundings — so it's great to hear that resonated with you. We’re especially glad our communication stood out; we always strive to make the experience smooth and stress-free. We'd be happy to host you again anytime!

Shawna it was truly a pleasure having you and your family enjoy my beautiful beachfront home 😊 The open space concept in my home was the vision we had when building it, we wanted to make sure small and larger families would have ample space and views to take in the beauty of this magnificent beach house. Having the pool & hot tub face the ocean is one of my favorites ;) You are welcomed any time and I hope to many more visits!

Michelle you and your group were just fabulous as guests! This is exactly why my husband and I build this home, with families & friends like yours in mind. We want to have guests come and enjoy this space which we aim to provide, relaxation, incredible views and overall space for both privacy and areas where to enjoy together. I would love to have you back again!

I'm truly delighted to hear that the home and its views played such a special role in enjoying a birthday getaway for your girlfriend. It means a lot to know that you found the house not just beautiful, but a place where your group could come together comfortably and create lasting memories. The ocean views really are something magical, and I’m so glad they made an impression from every room! It was a joy to host you. I always aim to ensure everything is just right for my guests, so it’s wonderful to hear that you felt cared for throughout your stay. You're welcome back anytime—whether it's for another special occasion or just a relaxing escape, I’d be thrilled to host you again at the house. Until next time!

Thank you for the glowing review Melanie! It was such a pleasure meeting you and having you and your family stay at my beach house. I always do my best to make sure that all of my guests have everything that they need. I’m so glad that I was able to make your first visit to the Hamptons so memorable. You are welcome back anytime!

It was such a pleasure to host you in my home and I am so glad to hear what a great time you had vacationing at my oceanfront beach house. My #1 priority is to make my guests feel as if this is their “home away from home” and I am thrilled to have been able to do so. I hope to see you back soon! Rose

Carolyn, you and your group were such a pleasure to have! I am happy that your group took full advantage of the property and its amenities for your girls getaway. You were very respectful and mindful of all the house rules and treated the property like your own. I always do stay very attentive to my guest as all I wish is to ensure a fabulous experience. I hope to be able to welcome you back for another occasion!

What a beautiful family I came to meet with Jeannie’s stay, they were an absolute joy to accommodate. The house was a perfect fit for the large group which they made great use of every nook and cranny :) Jeannie and her family treated my home as if it were theirs, and now it is! I am always available to assist my guest in making sure they are having a great time experiencing all the property amenities and was happy to refer Jeannie a private chef for a fabulous meal! I do hope to welcome Jeannie back to her new home anytime of year!

It is always my pleasure to welcome families to my beautiful beachfront home. As listed, this is a luxury home with both Oceanfront and Bay views, truly a spectacular sight. The property was built with careful consideration for a family to enjoy. Providing ample space and top of the line amenities which do include glass doors so the views within the home are unobstructed… every guest truly appreciates this detail. I do understand things/incident can happen and I am very grateful that there was no injury. Please note, that I was skeptical that the teenage kids would play around the home, given that its not meant for teenagers to run around in. You then advise only 7 kids would be in the property, watched by their respective mom, but as I understand it, your extended family who rented the house nearby that was not oceanfront and without any views would make sense to also spend time in my property which as you mentioned, brought a total kid count to 13. I was concerned about the number of kids as again, I did not approve them in the property, as my property is a luxury home but it did feel as though, the house was used as a summer camp/playground. I do take pride in my home as my husband built this luxury home for our family. I personally have designed and made sure to take proper care of my home with a property manager to handle all of the ongoing maintenance. I have to say, your review did have some mentions that I disagree with and my 5 star reviews speak for itself. Additionally, I did wish to mention that, as stated in my House Rules, because of the number of guests that come through, I have found in my many years of hosting, Guests do prefer their own toiletries including Shampoo/Conditioner items. I do however provide soap, PLENTY of bath towels, face & hand towels as well as beach towels for my guests. I wish you would have communicated with me further if these were additional items you wished to have in the home as I always work to make sure my guests are as best accommodated as possible. This would have been an easy fix.

I would be so lucky to have you back! I'm very happy you had a great time celebrating your fathers birthday! What a treat to have everyone together for a vacation celebration! This is the reason I list my space... to have families come and enjoy their time together in my beautiful beachfront home just as you did! You were great guests :)

Thank you for your wonderful words, you are welcome any time to come back!

When we designed the house, we were very thoughtful to create a home that will not just be big enough to accommodate a family but more importantly to allow for everyone to enjoy the space together. I am happy to know you took well advantage of that and had the best time. It really brings me joy knowing I can offer my guests these special intimate and memorable moments. I hope to welcome you back for many more!

Melissa, I am so excited to hear what a wonderful time you had at my magnificent beach house. It was a pleasure accommodating you. My number #1 priority is that my guests have all they need and can count on a fabulous time. The house is calling you back for another great time! It truly is a great time all year round actually :) I would love to have you back – just reach out and we would be happy to set up another memorable stay! Best, Rose

James thank you for the lovey words. It was truly my pleasure accommodating you and your family! My #1 priority is to provide a top-notch experience for my guests and I am so glad we were able to do just that. We hope to see you again soon at your “home away from home” on Dune Road.
