Nice vacation home

The house is very nice and especially the outdoor area is very spacious and beautiful. The renovated kitchen and modern bathroom are also very nice, clean and contain everything you need. The Wi-Fi was not available at the beginning, after a short unplugging of the cables and a renewed plugging in everything worked fine. Only the beds are already very worn, so you should not expect insanely comfortable beds. The beds are nevertheless sufficient for a restful sleep. In addition, a not broken umbrella for the umbrella stand in the outdoor area is missing, however, you can also lie well in the shade area of the villa, if the sun is too intense and you can lie very well in the sunny areas too. Overall, the villa is highly recommended and can convince in the overall package.

Séjour agréable

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cette maison. Le secteur est calme, proche de la mer et des commerces. On attends l'année prochaine pour revenir.

Nettes Haus mit schönem Pool. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und ein Sonnenschirm wäre auch schön gewesen. Ansonsten alles super.

Super schönes Casa

Das Haus ist groß und mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Zimmer sind groß mit Einbauschränken. Die Betten gemütlich. Der Pool ist hat reine tolle Größe und vom Gegenüber liegenden Hotel nicht einsehbar. Zum Steinstrand sind es 100m ,zum Sandstrand ca.700m. Nette Restaurants in der Nähe und der Weg zum Hafen von Denia ca.10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Einfach schön und sehr gut gelegen

Das Haus liegt nahe an einem Kiesstrand und auch der Sandstrand ist nicht weit weg. Im Sommer könnte allerdings etwas mehr Verkehr an der Straße sein, da diese die Hauptzugangsstraße zum Strandparkplatz ist. Gegenüber steht ein Hotel, wo es unter Umständen in der Hochsaison lauter sein könnte. Aber zu der Zeit in der wir da waren, war alles perfekt. Auch der Kontakt zu Interhome war einfach und unkompliziert als z.B. die Waschmaschine defekt war.

Excellent sejour

Maison tres bien placee , proche de la mer , plage de galets. La,piscine exceptionnelle ! Literie impeccable et climatisation au top. Par contre , le wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout et le lave linge commence à être un peu vetuste . Néanmoins, cela reste une tres belle location de vacances avec quelques réajustements. Pour un voyage avec des enfants , la piscine n est pas securisee.

Charmantes Ferienhaus mit Tücken

Innenbereich renoviert; mit neuer Küche. Aussenbereich / Pool hätten langsam eine Überholung nötig. Zweckgemäss, aber es bröckelt... Pool von angenehmer Grösse, fast ganztägig mit Sonneneinstrahlung. Sonne ist bei nicht funktionierendem Sonnenschirm ein Problem bei diesem Grundstück, da auch Terrasse nachmittags z. T. in der Sonne liegt. Problematisch u. U. auch das direkt benachbarte Hotel mit 18 der Villa zugewandten Zimmern - das kann ab und zu laut werden. Mückenschutz ganztägig nötig!

très bon séjour mais peu mieux faire

très belle location dans la commune de dénia avec belle picisine, accès très proche à une plage de gallets. Niveau cuisine, pas assez de couverts pour une famille de 4. Au niveau des lits, chambre parentale composée que de 2 lits, un seul grand lit serait plus confortable. Cela fait 2 fois que l'on vient dans cette maison, nous sommes toujours ravi cependant nous notons que la maison manque d'entretien rénovation/ dommage car bien excellent mais qui ne durera pas dans la durée à mon avis

Podría ser mejor

En general podría decir que todo está bien, pero si entramos en detalles, la cosa cambia. Por el precio de la semana, creo que hay cosas que deberían estar mucho mejor. El mobiliario en general necesita una renovación. En particular el estado de los colchones deja mucho que desear, pero ya lo de las almohadas es de juzgado. ... Hay barbacoa, pero no hay utensilios para su uso. Hay que buscarse la vida para hacer uso de ella. Y la piscina necesita mejor mantenimiento.

Una semana de relax en una estupenda casa

La casa muy bien situada junto al mar a 100 m ,aunque la playa es de piedra y por la anterior gota fría y las mareas vivas no estaba en condiciones ,de paseo o de baño,pero lo hemos suplido con una agradable piscina . Además la tranquilidad en esta época del año es total y teniendo un Hotel pequeño enfrente al que hemos ido alguna vez a cenar o a desayunar es muy tranquilo ni te enteras de que hay huéspedes . Respecto a la casa ,aunque no le falta de nada ,tienen que revisar algunas cosas que no han funcionado o están rotas como la lavadora ,sombrilla de piscina la TV es por satélite y los canales en alemán etc.,pero bueno. pero en general está muy bien merece la pena pagar lo que piden de estancia ,hemos disfrutado de intimidad y nos hemos relajado que es a lo que veníamos ,el tiempo muy bueno y quizás lo más incómodo ,los mosquitos ,si no te proteges,te comen . Si algún día podemos repetir ,lo haremos .

Super Mai urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie auf den Bildern, alles schön. Sogar eine neue Küche ist reingekommen, schön und modern. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, wäre das es keine Holzbetten sind, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es sind nur hingestellte Kopfteile aus Holz mit Metalllattenrostbetten, man konnte aber trotzdem drauf schlafen. Alles in einem war es ein super schöner erhohlsamer Urlaub,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traditinal Spanish Villla in great location

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this villa, very Spanish style with lovely clean pool and outside area was very spacious. The amenities were basic compared to what I am used to however this is not a criticism we had everything we needed. Stepping out of the gate the sea is a mere 50 yards away with a couple of restaurants a short walk away and a small supermarket which was very adequate with fresh fruit and meat. I would also recommend restaurant on the road opposite the supermarket called Racion Del Mar - stunning! We did a lot of cycling and there are plenty cycle routes to Denia, Olivia, Ghandia and Pego. Despite a hotel being across the road it did not detract from the peace and quite of the Villa, we were not disturbed by it at all, in fact the Tapas night on a Saturday is worth going to. A very relaxing Villa.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal in diesem Haus und es hat uns wieder überzeugt. Tolle Lage (100m zum Steinstrand - 500m zum Sandstrand) - das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. TV empfängt nur spanische Programme, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Im ganzen sehr zu empfehlen :-)
