As for the wine-lovers, Edna Valley is home to 23 tasting rooms and our next-door and across the street neighbors happen to be wineries (Saucelito Canyon and Edna Valley Wineries) – so we would say you’re off to a good start! Additionally, it is a short drive to just about anywhere on the central coast including Lopez Lake, the village of Arroyo Grande, Avila Beach, Morro Bay, San Simeon, Hearst Castle, as well as Paso Robles and the famed North County Wine Trails.
The Orchard House is a 2126 sq. ft. home and has been remodeled and updated with contemporary farmhouse décor that give a natural and clean feel to the space. It makes for the perfect gathering spot for your next family getaway, wine tasting trip, or whatever brings you to the central coast. The home sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. There is also a twin trundle in the master bedroom extension room that is perfect for kids and will allow for 6 adults and 2 children. Guests have exclusive use of the Orchard House and the fenced, private yard. Additionally, there is a Smart TV in the living room and Wifi is complimentary. There is another rental home located on the 41-acre property, but that being said, each home offers privacy. The two homes can also be rented together for larger groups of up to 14 people.
