Welcome to Sea Winds 63, a stunning three-story oceanside condominium located in a prestigious gated beachfront community. Offering 1,600 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking a serene coastal getaway. As you enter, you’ll appreciate the recent updates made by attentive owners, including modern kitchen countertops and refreshed cabinetry, ensuring a stylish and functional environment. The well-equipped kitchen features all the essential appliances and kitchenware you need to prepare memorable meals, while the airy living areas provide a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach. The third-floor master suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a king bed and a private balcony with a slight view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The ground floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with twin beds, accommodating guests with ease. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. Sea Winds 63 includes all the amenities of home, such as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. A one-car garage is available for your smaller family vehicle, adding to the ease of your stay.

The community features a private boardwalk that leads directly to the pristine beach, where you can enjoy sunbathing and water activities. Take advantage of the sparkling pool and jacuzzi for relaxation, or reserve the clubhouse for private gatherings.Experience the perfect coastal retreat at Sea Winds 63, where luxury and relaxation await.

Non-smoking unit. Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place and such a short distance to the beach. I was surprised to see the living room/kitchen area on the second floor. It really did give you the chance to separate if needed. April was quick to respond to any questions I had and they had maintenance come out within a couple of hours to come fix the tv when we couldn’t get it to turn on. Would definitely enjoy another stay in this condo.

Beautiful Family Getaway

This property is beautiful and feels very homey! Beds are incredibly comfortable and there's plenty of room for the entire family. Just steps away from the beach and the property management is exceptional!

Great Condo on the Beach

SeaWinds is a very nice and well-kept property right on the beach. Our condo was a very nice 3-story, 3-bedroom condo. The unit was very clean and maintained condo. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookwares you need. We enjoyed the layout and the furniture. The pool was refreshing and clean. With a short walk across the gated boardwalk, you land right on the beach. Overall, one of the best condos we’ve stayed in.

This was the perfect 3/3 1/2 unit for our family's beach vacation. With 3 levels, it gave us room to spread out and have space to ourselves, but also plenty of room on the main floor together. With 3 patios, there was good outside access and the walk to the beach was not a bad one. The property's pool area was also very nice and well maintained. This unit was very clean and maintained as well. Also with a small garage it gave a great spot to park our beach wagon and chairs so we didn't have sand coming in the unit's entryway. We will definitely plan to return!

Nice Condo and location

We liked the condo and location. Easy access to beach and all local food and Publix. My only issue with this was the listing had 3pm check in and it is actually 4pm. Talked with management and they were going to fix this.

Sea Winds 63

Sea Winds is a wonderful condo complex located on Anastasia Island. This unit is a short walk to the beach and to the pool area. Many places to eat close by and just a short drive to St Agustine. The condo itself is very roomy and comfortable. It has a fully stocked kitchen and a garage to use for your car or for beach stuff.

Great area!

We love staying at the Seawinds as there is plenty of space for our family and friends. Great experience the only bad things I can say the floor could have been cleaner upon arrival the master bedroom has a closet door for the bathroom which offers no privacy at all and we needed more sheets and blankets in the space but overall was nice and we will visit there again for sure!

Seawinds Condo

Great location. Easy access to the beach, and close enough to everything else. Nice pool (not heated). Plenty of room in the condo for everyone to spread out.
