Not a very nice apartment

The advert stated "Very beautiful residence". This was a blatant lie. The carpet was covered in cigarette burns, bathroom disgusting - a rotten shelf with black sealant hanging off and screw sticking out. No hook to hang the shower head from. Toilet room - I am 193cm tall, it was too small to close the door when I was using it and disgusting brown stains on wall.... One pull out bed was broken and unuseable. Matress on bunk beds very old and needs replaced. Overpriced for a disgusting place.

Dirty and desperately needing modernised

The advert says 'very beautiful apartment' and that it sleeps 6. This couldn't be further from the truth. Luckily there were only 4 in our group as one of the pull out beds was broken. The matress on the bunk beds was old and uncomfortable. Carpet in the living room was covered in cigarette burnsThe bathroom was disgusting. A rotten shelf with old, mouldy silicone sealant hanging off the bottom with screw head sticking out. No hook for the shower head, so you had to hold it yourself.The w/c was tiny - at 193cm tall, I couldn't close the door when sitting on the toilet. Walls in the toilet had dubious brown stains on the walls and the extractor fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the apartment was built....Definitely not a 'very beautiful apartment' and the price we paid was outrageous for the state of the place.

Bel vue mais très vétuste

Les 2 raisons de louer cet appartement c'est la vue et son emplacement. Normes de sécurité : Literie lits superposés : Salle de bain : Propreté à l'arrivée : Même les alèses ne sont jamais changés. Sanitaires : Ne pas mesurer 1.90m Bref, appartement assez vétuste dans son ensemble. Tout petit four mais pas de micro-ondes

So schlecht wie noch nie

Toilette kaum nutzbar, VIEL zu klein und auf dem Stand von 1980. Dafür viel zu teuer! Kühlschrank hat furchtbar gestunken (Nicht innen sondern von hinten - nach totem Tier), Geschirr war nicht abgespült und auf den Kopfkissen waren Schweißränder. Außerdem waren abstehende Metallschienen am Boden... Zwei Aufzüge für ca. 150 Wohnungen untragbar... In Val Thornes wird es immer teuerer aber die Qualität wird immer schlechter!

Appartement globalement pratique, bonnes literies mais appartement pas vieillissant et avec un toilette vraiment trop petite pour ne pas dire inconfortable. Bien situé même si un peu bruyant.
