Beach Life RV ... Come relax and play on the beaches of south Cape San Blas!

Close to the beautiful beach near south Cape San Blas, this large private site is ready for your tent, camper or RV! Public beach access is approximately 500 feet away. It's a 0.1 mile drive or a 5 minute walk. This is a pet friendly beach! The lot is large enough for you to bring your boat with easy access to a boat ramp just a few miles away.

This is in an ideal location between Port St. Joe and Apalachiocla, home to some of the best oysters in the world. There is a bicycle trail nearby as well as a playground and tennis courts and a large walking trail across the lot into protected land. Restaurants like Cat 5 and Indian Pass Raw Bar are minutes away.

All utilities included with electrical (50/30 amp), sewer, water and WiFi. We also have a large picnic table and a fire pit. We recently added pampas grass around the lot to give more privacy.

Long-term rental options are available. If interested please contact us!

Smoking is allowed but please clean up your butts.
The site is unmanned. Please bring the garbage can to the curb on Sunday for Monday pickup. Next guest, please return can to the paddock, thank you.
The neighborhood also rents. Visitors may try to drive through the site. There are ropes and signs in the driveway to keep this to a minimum.
Beach access is to the left on the main road. It is a 5 minute walk or 0.1 mile. Small sign. Parking is on the beach entrance shoulder.

Perfect location and value for the money. We visit Cape San Blas every year, but this was our first year "camping". The site is massive, walking distance to the beach, great location, and quiet. We had a relaxing stay.

We’ve stayed at Beach Life RV several times over the last few years. It’s always been an absolute treat, with plenty of room to spread out, and easy walking access to the beach. The property is immaculate, and we’ve seen improvements made every time we’ve stayed (this time there was lightning fast WiFi added!)The owners are super responsive and always have a local tip for an eatery or activity. You can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your time on the Cape.If I were to sum the property up in one sentence, it would be “The best RV spot on the Cape…”

Thank you! Since you came we have been able to put in a charcoal grill, hire a long guy (wow the grass grew fast), and we are working on getting a privacy fence between the road the site. I am glad you enjoyed!!

Very nice property!

A great property in a great location! Easy check-in/check-out. Short walk to the beach or drive for some scalloping. All hookups worked and easy to access. Had a great time with the family!

Awesome RV site

The site was very clean and well maintained with close beach access. Our cell signal was poor ( no streaming tv)as was our RV antenna signal so we just spent more time outdoors in paradise. The site was also great for our pupster. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing campsite

Really nice vacant lot for a camping spot. Lots of room to maneuver. The stone driveway/parking area was hard on our dog's paws, so the grassy area was nice to have too. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we're in the area!

Perfect location, walked to the beach day after day. Large lot, great neighbors. Everything you need is a short drive. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location to enjoy both Port St Joe and Cape San Blas. The beach is a short walk. We were able to do this with our dog and grandchild with no problem. The lot is very large and easy to get in and out of. We have a 45ft 5th wheel - easy peasy 😁

Loved this spot, beautiful and clean!

We loved this property. It was very clean and spacious. Jill was in contact with us quickly and even gave us recommendations. Highly recommend spending a day or two at the state park if you are here. The water is gorgeous and we saw tons of manta rays. We also rented a golf cart and drove to the end of the corner of the peninsula. There were tons of big seashells. Highly recommend booking this spot, just know you are on the south end so the water is murky looking compared to the end of the peninsula.

Site very large for an RV site. Very clean. I had been apprehensive about traffic noise and lights from 30A but was not a bother at all. Wonderful area.

EXCELLENT!!

Excellent location.. perfect proximity to the beach & exciting local spots! Communication with owners was top notch. Site was perfectly level and spotless. Having all hookups was a huge plus. We enjoyed the high quality picnic table & grill availability. Walking distance to a beach access was great but the water is less clear on the South Cape. We didn't care and our 4yr old enjoyed the water and the sand! The proximity to Salinas Park, kayak inserts & other public beach accesses on CSB were excellent for our needs. Cannot wait to come back!!

Too good to be true

Unfortunately, I had problems with my vehicle on my trip down there and had to be towed back. I was heartbroken but I’m sure it would have been a wonderful vacation. Perhaps I will see the beautiful sunsets of Cape San Blas one of these days!

Beautiful RV Site!

This RV site is amazing! It’s huge, clean, all nicely graveled , full hookups and beautifully landscaped! The details these owners put into this site are the best! The picnic table is heavy metal nicely painted, there is a grill and fire pit on site and even the trash can is strategically placed away from you in an enclosed area! Plenty of privacy as there is no other site near. Richard and Jill were absolutely the best owners. They immediately answered my questions and even called me right back when dealing with a tired grumpy husband lol. By the time we arrived we were frazzled so much so that I texted Jill and asked if we could go on and check in. She kindly replied “ yes”. Well, folks little did I know we were a DAY EARLY!!! They didn’t even mention that for a few days! They so graciously let us stay that extra day at no additional charge!!! Unheard of these days! The only cons have nothing to do with them. Everything is clearly stated on their listing. I mistakenly thought we would be on Cape San Blas. Their site is just past the turn onto the Cape. It’s actually right on 30A. There is no ocean view from here but a short walk on 30A there is a path to the beach. Again, nothing to do with owners but the beach was not pretty and the water was murky . Could have been our timing. Perhaps a storm had just blown through. We were traveling in a small Sprinter not towing a vehicle so to get to Cape San Blas beach or Mexico Beach or any place to eat we would have had to unhook, pull in awning etc. My husband who does all of the driving was not willing to do that So next time I book this site, I’m taking a new husband lol. Just kidding! It was an overall awesome experience! Thank you Jill and Richard !

There were storms the entire week prior to your stay. The beach and water was affected because of this. This is out of anyones control.

Great RV Spot

Great spot for an RV. Large private lot with full hook ups. Grill and picnic table are nice. Walking trail across the street. Close to several beach accesses at Cape San Blas and Indian Pass

Great Site!

Awesome site. Lot is very large with lots of room to maneuver. No hassles parking and hooking up. Plenty of room for extra parking, bringing a boat, etc. Site and accessories (picnic table, grill, etc) modern and clean. All utilities work as they should. Beach is very nice. Looking forward to returning when the weather is warm!

Nice RV site

This RV site had plenty on room to maneuver our 36 ft 5th wheel. Nice fire pit, picnic table and grill. The site was well kept and an easy walk to the beach

Great location, Great Hosts

Rental process simple. RV lot exactly as pictured and described. Host Jill very attentive and helpful. We were close to all we wanted to see and do. We were concerned about closeness to road, but that was not an issue. Neighborhood was very quiet. The only addition we would suggest is maybe some type of gazebo or shade structure. We tried a shade tent but it was no match for the wind, and we had to take it down. For reference, we camped in a pickup camper. Thank you Jill!

We wanted our own slice of heaven and had stayed at our site while we were looking. We went all around the cape and realized that our site was just perfect. With easy access to the beach for our family, a large enough site to not worry about where we place anything, and an ideal location nearby everything we needed, it was just the right spot.

Although we are not located on North Cape, our site has easy beach access and it is quiet. The beach is not as crowded as the North Cape but because we are in an ideal location, if you want to go up to the state park it isn't a far drive.
