We offer for rent, on the port of Vannes this charming duplex apartment with an area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Of medieval style It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m², a fitted and equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) The cleaning is included in the rental and linen of hotel quality 4* is provided to you (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The accommodation consists of:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- 2 double bedrooms with a queen-size bed on the ground floor (160,200), upstairs a double bed of 140
- Two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub
- 2 separate toilets

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, table and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in a very pleasant environment on the port of Vannes, in a very popular street near the famous Porte st Vincent pierced at the end of the 16th century it is the main entrance to the old town of Vannes, You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearest railway station: Vannes 8 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1h30

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment is lovely, with period features in a great location, on a street close to the port and the centre of town. Everything is close by and the apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The agency were easy to communicate with and flexible. I'd definitely recommend.

Vannes at its best

Fewo in super Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone und nur ein paar Schritte vom Hafen mit tollen Bistrots und Restaurants. Für 2 Paare super geeignet mit zwei separaten Etagen und zwei Bädern. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit steiler Treppe

Unser Aufenthalt war prima! Eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Für meinen Geschmack war das große Bett zu hart. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert worden. Der Zugang durch das Haus führt über ein enges und steiles Treppenhaus. Das kann für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen ein Ausschlusskriterium 6. Für uns war das kein Problem.

L'ARAMIS Excellent accueil d'Alain. Bel appartement malgré quelques marches anciennes à gravir. C'était la fête à Vannes en cette nuit de montée en TOP 14 du VRC ! pas mal de bruit mais cela doit être exceptionnel. Les 2 chambres sont bien séparées et permettent de conserver l'intimité. Toutes les belles parties de la ville sont accessibles depuis l'appartement, côté port et côté centre. Nous avons passé 3 magnifiques et reposantes journées à Vannes, comme point d'entré du Golf du Morbihan. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Équipement très complet.Calme et spacieux. Quartier agréable. 🙁 Les escaliers très tordus et étroits avec des valises sont difficiles, mais ce n’est pas améliorable… Par contre le rideau d’une chambre n’est pas assez occultant , à corriger. Nous y avons passé plusieurs semaines avec plaisir. Parfait pour visiter le centre de Vannes et faire des balades vers le port et le golfe. L'agence a été très réactive à nos demandes. Seul léger désagrément : une des deux chambres sent régulièrement le tabac, du fait des voisins (ce n'est pas très incommodant et il n'y a pas grand chose à y faire mais je préfère le signaler)."
