You are here on Rue Saint-Salomon, famous for its half-timbered houses. The staircase leads up to the first floor, where this superb, charming and perfectly peaceful flat is situated. This lovely, light-filled flat with high ceilings features a spacious, bright living area of 35 m², solid oak flooring and high-quality fittings.

The property is laid out as follows:
- A lovely living room,
- A fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two lovely bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200),
- A lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a double washbasin,
- A separate toilet

IMPORTANT:
- The flat is on the 1st floor and there is no lift.
- The patio visible in the photos of the kitchen and bedroom is not accessible from the flat (access blocked off).
- The flat is situated in the historic centre of Vannes, an entirely pedestrianised area not accessible by car.

Outside:
- A small balcony to enjoy sunny days (no outdoor furniture provided)

The flat is ideally situated in Vannes; you’ll be within easy reach of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars...

Transport:
- If you’re coming by car, Rue du Logement is not accessible by car; you’ll need to park around the old town of Vannes. You can use the nearby Q-Park car park at the Port, or the Richemont car park (paid parking).
