This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooks the 7th tee at the Maggie Valley Club & Resort which is conveniently located in central Maggie Valley. Sit on the covered balcony and enjoy the beautiful mountain views surrounding the pristine golf course. There is also elevator access for your convenience, at this spacious corner unit. Condo is within walking distance to the Maggie Valley Club which has a restaurant and a lounge. The Maggie Valley Club offers resort amenities (at an additional cost) including an 18-hole golf course and driving range, swimming pool, tennis courts, and fitness center.

The master bedroom has a king bed, with a master bath with a garden tub/walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 plush pillow top twin beds, and a Jack and Jill bathroom setting, just perfect for your family or golf group outing. There is also a queen pullout sofa in the living room.

Please note this property is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. Hole in One Mountain Retreat condo has easy year-round paved access and an elevator for added convenience.

Less than a 20-minute drive to the heart of Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area, Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (historic motorcycle museum, as featured on History Channels “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing. In about 20 minutes, you could be in Waynesville at Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart or head to Main Street in Waynesville and enjoy additional shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

This condo is a 30-minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (even if you do not gamble it has some of the best restaurants around), Pisgah National Forest, several golf courses, and just west of Cherokee is Bryson City (home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday).

A little more than 40 minutes away, you’ll arrive in Asheville at the Biltmore Estate & Winery, several micro-breweries, and 1 hour and 15 minutes away is Transylvania County (home of the most waterfalls in the United States), and over 100 Antique Shops.

Approximately 45 minutes away heading south to Hendersonville, you can visit Sierra Nevada Brewery (with their enormous dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting, zip-lining and much more in the surrounding areas. You are 1 hour 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, TN and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).

Awesome view with the snow falling. Grandkids first experience with snow made some wonderful memories. Property was perfect for our trip.

Great Stay!

This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains. The condo had a great layout and the view was fantastic. We enjoyed hiking, visiting Asheville and golfing while we were here. The scenery was beautiful and everyone is very friendly. Thanks for a great vacation.

Comfort and view!!

This was a wonderful stay in Maggie Valley. The condo was just what we needed—clean, comfortable, close to everything. The golf was really nice. This condo felt like home. So we booked it again already!!

Hole in One was a Hole In One!!! Great location directly over looking #7 tee and #6 green at Maggie Valley CC. Loved watching the golfers. Great location!!

Maggie Valley condo

The condo was perfect! Beautiful view of the golf course and mountains from the balcony. Sparkling clean and updated. Very comfortable bed! Great location! We will definitely I rely for back!

Very enjoyable

Very nice condo, with great views, quiet. My only complaint is the bed was so soft it was difficult to turn and we sank too deep into the mattress . Did not sleep well.

Peaceful and Pretty Easy but Watch Out for the Golfers!!

We love coming to Maggie Valley and trying out different places to stay. This condo was the perfect size for us, was decorated very nicely and located in a very quiet and sparsely populated neighborhood. Very nice location and the communication with the rental agency was easy. The only downsides were the on-going construction on the condo buildings, the reckless golfers (almost got creamed by stray golf balls several timesand the car parked next to us was severely damaged), and the big deal made about trash disposal. It seems excessive for the rental company to charge for trash removal on top of service fees and cleaning fees - just include it all in one fee to make it even easier.

2nd Stay

master BR mattress much better than our spring stay. There is still a sign on fireplace saying don't use/ will damage TV. This is because TV is located above fireplace. Never understand why owners place a TV above fireplace and so high you have to look up to see. This needs to be fixed not just place a sign that says don't use. Don't advertise a fireplace that can't be used.

Great place!

This property is very well furnished and has a beautiful view. Great for golfers or someone just wanting to relax in the mountains. We would definitely stay there again.

Great view.

Nice two bedroom condo with everything you need. Large deck overlooking the golf course. Big walk in closets, manager were very helpful when elevator went out. Only complaints really was the deck needs a good cleaning, a better coffee in pot and better knives. We would stay again.....non of these issues are a deal breaker.
