Come stay at our spacious basement suite ~1200 sq ft. Bedroom one has a memory foam king mattress and bedroom two a memory foam queen mattress. Bedroom two includes a desk for WFH situations. You will be able to enjoy off street parking, washer/dryer, full kitchen, bathroom & living room comfortably.

Weekend visit with family

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the welcome basket provided which included several local items. Micheala was immediately responsive to our requests. The king bed and pillows were super comfortable. We highly recommend this property. It was a perfect location to meet our needs.

Incredible Long-Term Stay

I stayed here for 10 weeks for an internship and loved my stay. Micheala and Kenny were the best hosts I’ve come across. They live upstairs but there was never a lack of privacy. If ever there was problem with something in the apartment, they fixed it very quickly and always communicated thoroughly. They were just all-around good people and fun to be around when I had the chance to interact with them and Nix, their cute golden retriever. Nix is very people friendly if you get to see her and she rarely barked during the time I was here. Certainly I never had any sort of complaint about noise. The place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. It lacked no amenities. My guests and I slept great on the beds and were always cozy whether it was 90 degrees outside or 10 degrees. The location is great. There are so many fun things to do within striking distance of this property and Micheala and Kenny have awesome recommendations for adventures and restaurants! 10/10 would stay here again.

This is the perfect location if you are looking to visit Denver, Boulder or Golden. Need somewhere to stay before heading to the mountains? We are only 30 minutes away from the airport! We are 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes from downtown Boulder. The 1200 sq ft basement is very spacious and can comfortably fit 5 people. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. In our coffee table you can find a variety of games. You’ll have access to free Netflix and other steaming services upon payment. A welcome basket will be provided upon check-in. A guidebook will be e-mailed prior to arrival, and available at the air bnb for reference during your stay.

The heat and AC is controlled upstairs. We keep the temperature 70 degrees during the day and 68 degrees during the night. You have the option to close the vents if it is too cold and a space heater is provider. Please remember to turn off space heater when you leave the air bnb for the day and when you check out.
