Available Sept 2024, longer term rental possible-- furnished, hi speed internet. Pets allowed, ( pls let us know)double fenced yard, unheated pool, hot tub. No smoking/vaping, no events. Close to CU Boulder for fall games. No central AC- swamp cooler and evaporative cooling tower keep home completely cool. Discounted monthly rates. Across from Standley lake regional park that offers camping , paddle boarding and kayaking. Not fancy, no large granite kitchen, but fun to enjoy nature from patio with outside dining. Located 10 mins from regional airport serviced by JSX.note- it is a dogfriendly home, so if you are allergic to dogs this would not be a good fit.Accomodates 2 people nicely. 2 dedicated bedrooms, loft area for reading, etc.

Wonderful area and comfortable home!!

We came in for an extended trip to visit family. The space was very comfortable and the host gave us access to many perks--which we appreciate! We loved the bed and bedding and got great rest. The outside space was wonderful. Also, the host was SUPER accommodating and communicative! She left a ton of information about the area and we loved love loved the location!! Thank you!!

Only window AC unit in the living room. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Broken blinds and bed mattress very hard. No TV in either sitting room.

Amazing Property

This property has an amazing view of the lake and mountains, very comfortable patio with a pool and hot tub in back yard. There is lots of space to sit and lounge, fenced in yard was great for our puppy. The host is great at responding, we had an awesome stay and hated when we had to leave!

Perfect for our purposes

This house has a fun beach bungalow vibe though it’s very big and has a lot of rooms & various sitting areas. The back yard with hot tub, pool, 4 different seating areas, plants, and a great view of the nearby lake was our favorite feature. Despite temps in the 90s, the window a/c unit was sufficient to keep the whole house cool. The host lives very nearby and was very helpful When we had questions and when we needed to receive an express mail. We spent a lot of time in Boulder and in Denver, and the central location of this house was ideal for both locations. We plan to stay there again next time we visit our Boulder relatives during a busy Boulder season (ie start of the school year)

We are a retired couple that also enjoys visiting other and often remote places. We’re happy to share the Denver-Boulder area with everyone . And, go CU Buffs!!!

Very disappointed if poor reviews are received, we try and make sure home is good fit for guests. Based on 1 review we have changed cleaning services…

The outdoor flagstone patio is a relaxing area to eat, sit, and enjoy the view of Standley Lake. Hiking to the ranger station and the lake is quick and easy. Bald eagle viewing is spectaculer.
