Stayed for six weeks the condo looks just like the pictures. The balcony get the sun all day. Just like others say it is up a very steep hill I thought they were exaggerating but no they weren’t I ended up just taking Ubers back to the condo which are cheap.I would stay here again everyone is friendly I used the pool and the gym at the sister condo

Loved this place

We stayed at this place for like 8 days and we loved it. Very clean people very friendly and the area very nice and quiet. We highly recommend this place. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great Vacation

We loved our stay at this property. Great place for our family of 7. Great view, kids loved the pool, and really enjoyed exploring the area. Host Kevin was very attentive and check in was easy. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including big beach towels. The location was convenient and quiet. Our host was responsive and accommodating, letting us check in earlier, which made our entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vallarta.

Excellent location! Large condo!

The location was perfect — close to everything, including the boardwalk, restaurants, and a shopping center. Communication with Melvin and Jesus was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place. Everything you need is in the condo. Jesús, the manager, is excellent and will help you with anything you need. The 5 de Diciembre neighborhood is great if you want to experience Mexican culture. There is a great grocery store (Ley’s) at the bottom of the hill, and there are plenty of food truck options nearby if you don’t feel like cooking.

Fantastic stay!

Condo was clean and comfortable, great location, just a short Uber ride to town (very inexpensive!!) owner was extremely helpful and communicative, property manager Jesus was super! From picking us up at the airport to suggesting restaurants, he was more than helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place! pool was nice and quiet! You have to be in pretty good shape to walk up the hill it’s a challenge but we did it everyday. Lots of places to eat close by, grocery store is close by, Jesus was very helpful!

We are about 7 blocks from the Ocean and the Malecon. The first few blocks are flat, but the last few blocks get quite steep. That gives us a great view of the Ocean, the Centro area of Puerto Vallarta, and the mountains, but it makes for a steep climb if walking back up to our condo. Many of our guests use a cab, Uber, or their rental car for that reason.

Amazing stay at this condo!

We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for decades and this place is a must - it has the most incredible view for morning coffee until evening sunset. Kevin and Jesus were incredible for anything we asked and it couldn't have been easier to book this and be there! I couldn't give this a higher recommendation!

Great stay at Los Altos!

Our family had a great stay at Kevin's place at Los Altos! The condo has lots of room and everything you could need. Communication was great with the owner and check in was easy. The cinco de diciembre neighborhood is our favorite place to stay in PV. Lots of affordable restaurants and Leys grocery store close by. It also has a nice heated pool and a great view. We hope to be back!

Amazing stay!

My family and I loved our stay - a spacious area with a lovely kitchen, beautiful view and comfortable beds. There was tons of AC and fans to stay cool and three different pools to enjoy. Although the place was on top of a hill, there's a stair case you can use. Communication with the host and property manager was great - checkout process was unclear at first, but they responded very quickly! Thank you for letting us stay :)

Great condo with a view!

Condo was spacious and fully equipped. Access to terrace and pool which was nice. Walking distance to supermarket, beach and restaurants. The walk up to the condo can be tiresome but can be solved by hiring a taxi or Uber. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Really enjoyed our stay!
