The stay was jusy as expected! A little noisy as some teeenage boys came is for the weekend at the property next door but they settled down by quiet hours. The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach. Beachside or riverside are just steps away! It couldn't have been better!

Rental was gloomy and dark with poor lighting. Toilet seat needed repair. Tv did not have cable connection. Roku was suggested but is so outdated that most people don't have that anymore. Check-in information was only available one hour prior to check-in. Not sufficient time for renter to prepare.

The only reason I gave a four for the overall stay is because the bed was comfortable but the bed frame was squeaky.

Property was in a great location for exploring Tybee Island for the first time. It is exactly as described. Quaint cottage with a beautiful patio area for relaxing. Short walk to the beach.

The property was exactly as expected and the communication with Jenny throughout was top notch! This is a beautiful little cottage and suited our needs perfectly. Jenny was outstanding with her communication and was helpful with all requests! This is a must stay property!

Jasmine on my mind!

The amazing Jasmine plant next to our porch was beautiful and the fragrance amazing. We spent most of our time at the property on the front porch or on a swing in the common area. This is a special property and the host made our trip seamless.

Nice Getaway

Very clean, convenient to beach, nice relaxing patio and porch area. I wish we were able to get a couple more towels. Four towels, 2 people, for 4 days. We would go back again!!

Very Cute space

The space is really small but it was well decorated and clean. Great Location within walking distance of the beach and the town. The kitchen could have been better stocked, but overall it met our needs.

Great location

Great location, close to everything on Tybee! Having the parking pass was very helpful. The only thing I would say needs improvement is that the bed could use an upgrade, it’s not very comfortable.

Quaint Cottage

Great spot! The outside patio is amazing and private. Perfect for a romantic evening or just a peaceful scene. The home is not large but very comfortable and cute. Fantastic location near the beach.

Loved our stay. Check in process was simple. This is cute, clean and close to the beach. We couldn’t ask for more. Owner was easy to access when our door lock needed a new battery. We would stay here again
