The true estate home affords a massive chef's grade upscale kitchen, multiple gathering areas, large lodge Great Room, screened porch, accompanied by private, ensuite bedrooms. Kinloch Place, one our newest gems, has become one of the most popular homes in our Yonder luxury portfolio, and is quickly becoming one of the most requested! It is not surprising when you put a terrific home together with all the amenities it has to offer.The log cabin wing, offers plenty of additional community space to unwind, and fully equipped 2nd kitchen, and is one of the many places where guests enjoy their time together inside the house, perhaps with a nice seasonal fire in the gas fireplace. Kinloch Place also features an historical bunk house beside a babbling stream overlooking the patio. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space outside to find your own serenity. There are various outdoor areas, including the covered porches, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Of course kids and adults alike appreciate and enjoy both the garage Game Room and the private hot tub.

Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive development. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.

Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Pond: Please note: the pond located behind the pickleball courts is currently drained for renovations and improvements.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
