Cute, Homey Place Just Out Of Town With A Country Feel

Looking for an affordable place to stay the night or a few days? You may have just found the perfect place. This cute efficiency unit may just cover all the bases you need for a short stay. What once was a office for a shop, is no longer needed as an office and so it was converted to supply a place to sleep for tired travelers or for people looking to get away for a few days.
I think you will find the place a very comfortable and homey place to relax. With your own private entrance, the full size refrigerator, queen size bed, a love seat, table, microwave and sink in the kitchenette and a full size tub/shower in the private bathroom.
The shop is mostly used for storage and as a hobby shop, so very little noise if any during the day and no noise after quiet time at 9PM.
So come and enjoy a few days away and relax and visit whats to see in Franklin Co.

We are very close to a lot of attractions such as the Gettysburg Battlefield, which is about 30 minute drive. Whitetail Ski Resort about 50 minute drive, plus many other places to explore.

I loved the feeling of being in the country with gorgeous views while also being right next to a super cute town. The accommodations are lovely. Highly recommend!

Getaway

Outside was non descriptive, but as you enter through the door, you are met with a quaint décor and everything you would need for a couples getaway. A stocked Kuerig coffee machine. The bed was comfortable and the Bluetooth speaker with wireless charging was a nice touch. Bathroom was stocked with hotel grade towels, wash clothes and had a full size tub and shower. We had an amazing experience. When considering this property, it is a hidden gem of a rental.

Cozy, quiet, great location

Cozy, quiet, great location and everything you need. Loved my stay. Had a busy fast paced week. 100 times better than a hotel. Very responsive owner. I will definitely stay there again.

Couldn't ask for anything more!

Clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Will never stay in another hotel if I am close to this place. Recommend to anyone who is sick of noisey, poorly maintained hotels.

Quiet, quaint and cozy

Quaint and cozy getaway just outside of town. It was quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

It was very clean and the room was nice and cozy. The property manager was very prepared and made things easy. The listing does say there is a hot tub but there wasn’t. But it was still a good experience

Excellent stay - clean and comfortable

Jason was great to work with - super fast to respond and accommodating. Rental was as described. This rental was quiet, peaceful and clean and comfortable.

Cozy and inviting

Everything was beautiful, bed was super comfortable. Not having a tv was actually nice because it encouraged us to connect with each other instead of zoning out in front of a screen.
